Die jeweiligen Cocktails of the Day ebenfalls!
Quellwasser hin oder her.

We really had a great time at this hotel. The staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are very clean, the food is excellent . Everything was ok until the morning we left, after 5 nights spent there. We wanted to leave early due to a long trip ahead. We were told that we are not allowed to make sandwiches, only to eat breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.
The annex building is across the street.

Nice and clean hotel
There are a lot of children, maybe more suited for families than for couples

We stayed in new part of the hotel which is very modern and nice located in quite village.
We have been 3 nights, at first evening there was to long service during evening dinner, however next days was 👌 perfect or even quicker/ better.
4.3
The hotel is brand new and we enjoyed the food. They offered very fresh fruit for breakfast. The facilities are nice and it’s definitely a good place for a family vacation. We had a lot of kids in the hotel at that time and they seemed like they enjoyed it. They also have a popcorn machine.
The Adult Spa was overcrowded. people were standing in the hallway to get in. Everything was always occupied.
4.3
Rooftop sauna, great idea with free unlimited self-service popcorn, smartly designed rooms, comfort, cleanliness, independent choice of EVERY course at dinner, quiet location and rooms.
Reception almost always unoccupied and not very easy to get somebody from staff when you need them (why don't they have a simple button that would wirelessly signal employees that they are needed at reception?)
Breakfast starts at 7:30 which is way too late for an early skiing start
Steam room/dampfbad with way too little steam

In General the hotel is more modern than most hotels/cabins in ski areas. The drinks were well made too. I personally thought the service staff (waitresses, and restaurant staff especially) were so polite and went above and beyond to make you feel taken care of - all you have to do is ask!
For the price of the place, I found the whole stay not worth its while. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets on the bed were very thin and low quality. The room didn’t have temperature control, we left the window open all night (it was around 5degrees C at night) to have a comfortable nights sleep. We asked for extra pillows and they said they couldn’t find any and gave us the tiniest cushions after being reminded thrice. Additionally, we got the half board which I felt was quite a waste - breakfast was your typical cold meat spread and there as a live egg station but the eggs made there were hit and miss. There were vegan options available for everything but that doesn’t justify the price you pay! Dinner is a course meal but the food could be so much better, the list price is about 56euros per person!
Overall, I thought it was a modern take on a ski spa hotel, but nothing about the food or room justifies the price for the stay! Expected soo much more :(

Family Spa, Food, Bar/Restaurant, Bathrooms with heated floor
We were in the Guesthouse which is across the road and an older building, which meant that we had to cross the road in our gowns to get to the main hotel and facilities. This is a challenge with kids

Excellent restaurant and food.
4.3
Tasteful interior, relaxed atmosphere, good variety of food with plenty of vegan options. Enjoyed the afternoon buffet and the 5-course dinner. Very dog-friendly, they’re even allowed in the restaurant. Convenient free parking was also a plus.
Spa areas were a bit small and didn’t open until in the afternoon, which was a bit disappointing. Also there was no staff looking after them. Water and tea were always gone.
Same situation at the breakfast buffet, many things were already gone and not refilled when there was still one hour to go.
Popcorn machine was also empty, so it must have been good.
4.3
The genius room layout. The rooftop sauna. The excellent rich breakfast buffet. The dinner menu with all vegan options. The free popcorn available 24/7 in the lobby ;-)
The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved.
4.3
location was good. breakfast was great
tiny tiny rooms, average food (we are vegetarian and the food was very meh), spa is outdated and not clear what we could use or had to reserve, bill was wrong as we checked out, price was very high for a very average place.
4.3
Loved the modern feel, very comfy beds and gorgeous breakfasts. Cold plunge pool was a joy after snowboarding!
Hotel could do with some comfy seating areas maybe but overall lovely lounge area and bar

Accommodation:
I stayed in to guest house over from the main hotel. The room was compact ( my choice), but very well laid out and all fixtures and fittings to a high standard.
Resturant:
On a half board basis.
Breakfast was continental, and all was to a high standard.
Dinner consisted of 4 courses. I was pleasantly surprised by the chef’s efforts- over the 2 week stay. Each course was prepared well, with excellent attention to detail. Each dish contained hidden flavours and textures. Really well done, shows real passion.
Staff:
The staff were fantastic, keen to help with any request and offer advice. They even went the extra, when I forgot my travel adapter, and also when I had issues getting my return PCR test.
In summary the tittle “boutique hotel” is well deserved. The Mari Pop goes above and beyond expectations.

The hotel is really lovely and located well for skibus access and also access to the train station (to access wider ski area and to arrive from the airport). Our room was lovely, spacious and well decorated. We stayed with the half board option and the food was good and varied throughout the week. The pool and spa area was really lovely, especially the heated outdoor pool and Rooftop sauna after a day's skiing). The staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities for ski and boot storage were good.
Overall we thought the hotel was expensive compared to many other equally good places we have stayed in Austria. A couple of extra touches would have made a difference (e.g. water in the rooms, slippers for the spa - we didn't get the welcome email to say there wouldn't be any until after we arrived). Also we booked a mountain view suite with balcony, now having been we would choose "pool view" as we would have been able to see the mountains from there too but also the pool view rooms have balcony furniture and space to sit outside.

Backyard with swimming pool was nice
No airconditioning in the annex, which should have been no problem with 20 degree temperatures, but it got hot pretty quick
4.3
Very relaxing atmosphere, good breakfast and excellent evening meals which is included if you take half board. Although we arrived an hour after dinner time, kitchen still provided us a warm meal. Very much appreciate their efforts, felt very welcomed.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location- spa, sauna, swimming pool and restaurant all amazing! Will definitely be back soon!
The staff were so attentive and helpful and gave us recommendations for activities (including hikes and Klettersteig routes).
