I came with my partner to heroes palace and the hotel was amazing, clean, pool, restaurant, beach everything was wonderful. And I have to say big thank you to to at that was helping for us and helped us for all our staying!!! Well come back for sure

I liked the staff, they really tried hard to make it work for us in many different ways. very kind very helpful. They provided us with free access to everything they could.
The hotel is huge and old. very hard to maintain, I don't think it is even possible to renovate. At the moment they are trying to renovate the pool.

אין מספיק מיטות שיזוף בבריכה.
לא היינו בסאונה כי בתשלום, שבדרך כלל לאורחי מלון זה חינם.

Have been many times in Eilat but staying in Herods is totaly best different experiance. Everything was excellent. Good

I’m single mom with two kids and my daughter decided to celebrate her 12th years birthday to trip in Eilat.I choose to stay in this hotel because 1st not expensive,the room was beautiful with complimentary cake,fruits and drinks we enjoyed the relaxing view,amenities in the area,the staff is so kind and the food was perfect,me and my kids was so happy to our time to stay here we had best memories on her bat mitzva. thanks

The stay was excellent. Everything was superb. I especially want to mention Sandra at the front. She has been most helpful in taking care of everything, very polite and taking care of all needs. She really is terrific and a superstar! Thank you Sandra!!!
