The condo was clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed for a week’s stay and we would return again and again.Our only issue was the dishwasher was broken and needed a part that didn’t come in during our stay- but that was unavoidable. Overall, we loved the condo and property.

Sand Cliffs complex is a nice location and the condo is comfortable.There was an emergency water line repair during our stay which resulted in nearly a full day with no running water at the complex. I was disappointed by the rental manager supervisor Christina’s lack of responsiveness and complete aversion to providing a remedy for this major inconvenience. Based on how Benchmark handles problems I do not recommend renting from them.

I had the absolute best time on my recent vacation. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was quiet and peaceful...not crowded at all. Checking in and out was so easy. When I spoke to management on the phone prior to booking, they were so sweet and helpful. The unit I stayed in had been updated since the online photos were taken, so it was even nicer than I expected. The grounds are beautiful, and the beach access is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'll definitely be returning year after year.

This is probably one of the best rentals at this location with 2 bedrooms. It is decorated beautifully and has an excellent view. The only complaint is the guest bedroom master bed needs a new mattress. There is a topper on the bed which slopes down to the middle of the bed so you feel like you are rolling down a hill all night long.

Will stay again.
The pictures do not do the place and/or property justice. My family and I were more than pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was. The renovations were fantastic and spot on. The property is perfectly located right on the beach with an amazing view. The kids loved having the bunk beds and queen size bed in the same room. We spent time in the condo, which was more than spacious for my wife and I and three kids, we took advantage of the pool, which is very large and were steps from the beach. We had many friends staying together in a large house down the beach and they commented that they wanted to stay where we were all in our units. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

Great Place!
This is our 2nd time at this unit, and probably our 12th time at Sand Cliffs. It’s always nice! They’ve updated this unit since the last time we stayed, and it looks great! The amenities are great! The kitchen was properly stocked with all the needed utensils and pans. I’m sure we will be back.

Great view of the gulf from the balcony! The bathrooms were small & outdated. Should use a different cleaning company because they didn't do a good cleaning job on the unit. There was sand on the entry rug, dust on wall by kitchen vent & strands of hair in bathrooms. Master bathroom vent didn't work. The towels smelled like smoke & had stains. The bed sheets & comforter had stains. The property manager was professional when we notified them & they replaced the sheets & towels.
