The toilet had no brush to use if you did a mess The soap and the lotion were not enough There was no hair dryer it was brought on our last day, no drinking water was supplied Misunderstanding on dinner some said we can order it's covered by the package I purchased some said it was not covered some said it was covered, conflicting information. Clarity was not given at check in, had to pay for unplanned costs

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT GREAT VARIETY. MOTHERS DAY BREAKFAST WAS ACCOMPANIED WITH CHAMPAGNE. RECEPTION STAFF GAVE MOTHERS AND DAUGHTERS RED ROSES. PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER CARE FROM RECEPTION SUPERVISOR MBALI NDLOVU WHO IS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS TO THE GUESTS AND VERY CARING. SHE IS AN ASSET TO MOUNT GRACE. OTHER STAFF MEMBERS WHO ALSO DESERVE A COMPLIMENT IS RECEPTION STAFF THABISO ZONDO, GOLF CART STAFF WHO ARE VERY PROMPT IN SERVICES IS DUNCAN MAY AND STANLEY. OVERALL WE HAD A GREAT STAY, OUR ROOM WAS STUNNING NEXT TO THE SPA AND GARDEN WATERFALLS. THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY SPACIOUS, WE HAD FREE WIFI. IT WAS A DREAM MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND.

THE TV HAD VERY BASIC CHANNELS BUT NO NETFLIX. ALSO THE DINNER BUFFET WAS DISAPPOINTING.

Beautiful location and entire property is beautifully designed. Also loved the pace and quiet, not crowded at all.

We couldn't get a couples spa treatment booking as you had to have done that before arrival. They couldn't make a plan because they prebook their staff based on bookings with no leeway. That was really disappointing given the price of the stay and the spa treatments. They should have at least one employee available for anyone booking on saturday or sunday for a monday spa treatment and similar.

Staff is exceptional. Food is outstanding. Pools and restaurants are super clean.

Carpets in the rooms are extremely filthy. Rooms could use a fresh modern look.

Wow the facility, the staff's kindness, the movement around the facility on carts, the food, the pools (2 hot pools, floating pool and the big pool) I enjoyed them... I will definitely come for these again Ow nooo, let me not forget, the room we got...wow, exceptional treatment, royalty

The road coming to the facility is full of potholes... I'm being unfair I know

The Spa was the saving grace of our stay at Mount Grace. The Fish of the day that we had for Dinner was brilliant and the coffee excellent. Breakfast was very enjoyable with great service.

The accommodation did not met the expectation that we had of Mount Grace. The room while spacious did have a lot of damp. The shower could do with a good scrub. The service at dinner was not great and apart from the great fish, the rest of dinner wasn't

Staff very friendly. Good hospitality. Better than all the southern sun hotel's that I have been to this year. Breakfast and beverage quality standards are high. Service at Mount Grace is far better than the main hotel in Sun City, The Palace and the Drakensberg Sun.

The wifi could be improved

clean, peaceful, accommodation was perfect as was the Spa facilities.

The breakfast was poor, service was very slow, always in a rush to clear plates, tables not always laid fully, finished eating before coffee order was taken. Wanted to have a la carte menu, however served I. the dinning hall with buffet, felt very like ‘canteen’ dining. So disappointing as the rest of our stay was perfect.
