The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was good that Netflix was available as the weather was poor

The master bed was very uncomfortable leading to back pain every day. There was no wifi password or information pack available and no staff available to ask. Batteries in the remotes need changing as the tv was very slow to respond.

Plenty of space in the 2 BR apartment. Very quiet.

The check-in process was very confusing. Allambi wanted to know personal information which could not possibly be of any use to them, and placed any information supplied at potential risk from hacking. There was no one at reception to explain the unfamiliar "lock box" key access, which to several phone calls to resolve. This process speaks to poor customer focus and cost minimisation.

It was a good, clean, large studio. The staff who came to help with the remote for the air conditioner were very helpful.

No information on internet connection network and password was provided in the room. When we phoned, the staff on the line was not at all helpful and gave incorrect information. However, we got a msg on the next day with the correct details and everything was good. All the cutlery, crockery etc were excellent. Bigger bowls for microwave use or a small electric stove would have been great.

Great location which was close to everything. We loved the fact that it had a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that we could need. Most parts of our apartment were very clean. Even though the weather was too cold for my husband and I to swim, our 7 year old daughter absolutely LOVED the swimming pool. The cold weather and water didn’t stop her! This is our second stay here. We stayed earlier this year and only stayed for a few nights and didn’t have enough time to experience everything that beautiful Lakes Entrance has to offer.

The apartment needed a few finishing touches in regards to cleanliness. Overall it was quite clean, but the shower had some mould around the screen and the washing machine was full of sand. Throughout our entire 9 day stay we did not see any staff at all other than housekeeping when other people left their apartments. It would have been nice if someone was available at reception during some times of the day. The notices in the room listed Roz as the contact person’s email address and phone number. However, she is the old owner and not the person who currently owns Allambi Holiday Apartments. The light in the bathroom (apartment #5) was temperamental and probably only worked 25% of the time. We couldn’t work out who to contact about this, so we just left it. I was very interested to note that the same amount of shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags were left for our 9 night stay as what was left for our 4 day stay earlier this year.

Beds were really comfortable. Shower was great. Lounges were super comfy. Smelled clean when we walked in.

Bathroom sink drain was full of someones hair. Was a bit gross.
