Would have been nice to have a sink in the kitchenette to wash the dishes.

A home away from home. Banyan Place had everything we needed to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The owners were not far away and such a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely be coming back to stay here next time we visit Warrnambool.

We loved everything about this place...nil complaints.

We had a wonderful stay because the apartment had plenty of room for myself my husband and my toddler, It was bigger than in the photos and had a study/2nd lounge area (1 bedroom, unit 6, downstairs) And we paid an additional small fee for our toddler, and brought our own porta cot. Amazing central location, we were able to walk to tenpin bowling, restaurants, cafe, theatre, IGA, and it made it so much easier not having to use the car. There is a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans etc and even bonuses such as baking paper and Tupperware containers, which gives it a lovely house feel and makes everything so much easier for a family on holiday. We were so warm and relaxed and would definitely come back!

The room upstairs has a loud spa bath that you can hear turn on and off, but there are clear instructions when noise has to stop at night and my toddler did not notice so it wouldn’t deter me from returning.

The place was really clean and well appointed

We loved the location, close to walking to distance shops and food restaurants. We could walk without using car.

Quality apartment that was easy to check in and out of. The bathroom and bedroom felt very spacious and there was a lot of entertainment options available in the room (eg. streaming services).

Lovely apartment. Very comfy, loved the lounge, spa bath and bed. Host had some chocs out which was nice. Had cutlery, cups and plates. Excellent location within walking distance to beach, lookout, shops and restaurants.
