Didn't like the credit card surcharge being passed on to me. This charge is for the business to use the banks facilities. The office said we could pay cash on arrival but took it from my card beforehand.

no lifts. had to cart my luggage up 2 flights of stairs from the car park and it wasn’t easy

Byron Quarter has great accessibility to Byron town, and we walked each morning to the beach in a few minutes. Reception staff were friendly when we needed a replacement light bulb, but they didn't have one to give us. We had to swap one out from the kitchen light fixture.

The property is a little 'tired' and old fashioned although it was clean enough. Basic items in the kitchen. The pool area was not available, I think that should have been noted on the website as we specifically chose accommodation with a pool. I think the price is high for what you get but that is probably the "Byron tax'.

Location was awesome. Very central but still quiet. Apartment was lovely and clean and had everyone needed.

Very comfortable apartment in central location with good basement parking

Unfortunately there was a building site 50 metres from our apartment towards the rear of the block causing excessive noise during the day from 7.00 am. This made the balcony a no go area. Nothing the provider could do about this but it did have a significant adverse impact on our enjoyment of the unit. We were not prewarned of this situation.

Ideal location central in Byron Bay. Lovely, spacious well equipped apartment, with nice balcony (tho’ not much to see from it). Easy check in & out and car park was good.

Spacious and comfortable apartments in the centre of town. Accomodating staff who allowed us to have 2 rooms side by side. Easy check in process. Undercover secure car park is great and a rare find for Byron

Well appointed apartment in a central location.

Great location, well-appointed kitchen - really clean throughout and comfy bed. Good size apartment for two and good-size balcony - felt nice and private.

The street noise is noticeable at night over the weekend but nothing you wouldn’t expect from staying in the middle of Byron.

Close to everything, walking distance to beach, shops. Opp

We were able to use the pool, located next to the restaurant.
