Breakfast was very poor for a 4 star.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very large and comfortable. Traffic and aircraft noise was almost completely shut out. We would book this hotel again.

Breakfast was ok, but could have been a little more varied.

Functional, clean and accessible

On a very cold night the heating felt inadequate. Limited facilities.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, good shower; quiet given the airport proximity, carparking was available. Staff friendly and helpful. Its reasonable value for money.

The lounge/bar is basically the reception waiting area by the entrance doors, not what we expected. Restaurant was booked for a party on our first night but noone said; we ate the second night the food was ok but limited choices. Cooked breakfast sadly cold both mornings.

The room is exactly what you see in pictures. It is very clean and the staff were very helpful they even gave me a room upgrade. I really enjoyed my stay there. And the breakfast was also great. If I am coming back to London I am definitely staying there again.

The only thing that could be better was the room was a bit cold.

It was conveniently located and room was spacious.

The room was not clean and I found hair and previous clients boarding passes. I also booked a room based on it having certain amenities and items. These were not provided. When asking about this at reception there was a feeling of oh well that’s tough luck. Try again tomorrow. Very rude and very poor customer service.

Housekeeping didn’t clean my room for the first two days even after a call was made to front desk. Green light for housekeeping request was pressed and ultimately ignored. There was no refrigeration in the room, the space for it was empty. You had to pay for parking everyday which is uncommon for guests who are from overseas, and what made it more inconvenient you were not allowed to pay for the duration of your day at once, they insisted on it being done each day.

Staff: No customer service! Not smiling not very welcoming. Doesn't say on the email you need a passport as proof of ID only bank card or general photo ID. The guy at reception wouldn't except anything but my passport which I didn't have and was going to refuse me a room because I got annoyed. My ID is an official one, by post office with a hologram and all details but straight up refused it. Only after a while did he say my bank card would be fine even though that was one of the requirements if had no passport. On the day of checkout I fell ill with food poisoning and asked for a later checkout but was so rude only game me an extra hour. When we did leave no presence of staff at reception. All the staff in the back room having a chat. Room: Bed was too high and too firm. Biggest negative was the TV says freeview on booking but doesn't have basic TV channels like bbc or itv.

Thinking i booked a non smoking hotel. When I get in the room-smelt of cigarette smoke and my bedsheets too. I didnt bother to complaint on that night because i was too tired.
