Clean property, comfy beds, good location just outside Kingscote

Curtains in living area need replacing (the ones in the kitchen aren’t even wide enough to close over the window fully)

free laundry service ! the cabin is very clean and has everything we needed but it is very hard to understand how to use the stove the environment is very calm and relaxing recommend to everyone who enjoys the nature

The location was perfect, close to the town but far enough away it was quiet and peaceful. The facilities in the cabin were great for the price. It was nice to wake up to birds and kangaroos.

When we arrived late in the afternoon the property had not been cleaned from the last guests. It took a couple of hours for this to be sorted which meant a very late check in.

The accommodation is very old, the bathroom had a weird smell, the beds were also very old. Surely needs an upgrade but for the price this is what you get

some plates were broken, only 3 wine glasses, outside was untidy, no top sheet for second bedroom. taps leaked in bathroom. Noisy at night with some sort of animal scratching in the roof.

Good comfortable bed and good hot water.

Very tired looking inside and out. Needed a bit of TLC.

Shower and or toilet leaks onto the floor, key was bent, could do with an update and some love.

Place close to everything, nice and comfortable . Kids enjoyed alot, kangaroo was coming in the morning infront our cabin. Nice to relax and dust free .value for money.

Shower space too small. But not problem.

Free use of the washing machine

Mouse running around.. mice poo in all bedding. Floor was not vacumed and there was a lot of dirt on the floor. I wasn't impressed still waiting for my full refund back from my stay.. Ki Cabins won't answer there phone or my text messages.

We live on a farm so it was wonderful to be located at the rear of the owner's acreage and be visited by kangaroos in the morning. The location was perfect - whisper quiet yet only a few kilometres from the shops at Kingscote (supermarket, chemist, off licence, petrol station). There was also a guest laundry which was free. Kingscote is a great central location for visiting the attractions on Kangaroo Island. It was also excellent value for money. The owner was also very accommodating.

Great hosts, perfect locations, wildlife were beautiful, house was cozy and welcoming. Carpet was a little worn, but clean and would definitely visit again and again.
