Out of town a ways but a fairly easy quick drive once you learn how to get out of neighborhood. Property and house were awesome! Clean and big enough to be comfortable inside or out.
Host was very responsive. Pup loved the yard too!!
Only negative was no condiments supplied so if you are traveling and want to cook be sure to bring or buy your own. But otherwise well stocked with all you need.
Woukd absolutely stay here again !!

I recently stayed at this property with my wife, our nine-year old daughter, a 14-year old cousin and my mother who is well into her eighties. It provided perfect accommodations for everyone involved.
Everything on the property is well-maintained, immaculately clean, and usefully labelled. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Excellent hiking is available a short distance away at Moat Mountain, and a short foot path leads to Echo Lake State Park.
I'd strongly recommend this place and will likely return on my next trip to the Whites.

Not the first time we stayed in this home and we hope to go back next year! It is a great size, plenty of space for this family of 4. The home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood but close enough to the center of town! Plenty of outdoor space to lounge and read a book or for kids to play. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

This is a beautiful home on a perfectly cared for lot set in the woods above North Conway.
Absolutely everything you could need to set up housekeeping except for the K-cups!
Convenient to all of New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

House was clean, expansive, and had more than enough space for a comfortable sleeping experience and stay for our family + dog. Everything was in working order, and it was a huge added bonus to be able to do laundry throughout the week! Owner was friendly and communicative. Neighborhood was quiet and within short distance to downtown and other attractions. Highly recommend.

We stayed here over winter break and this is by far one of the best vrbo’s that we’ve stayed in. The house was fully stocked and with enough sitting and sleeping space. Jeremey was easy to communicate with and didn’t have any problems during our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great spot in the North Conway area.

Our family spent a few days over Christmas at this property. Jeremy was communicative, helpful and accommodating. The property is very well maintained -clean, fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and cozy. Location is ideal, 10 mins from mountains and all that the local towns offer. This property in the lovely and quiet Birchwood neighborhood is a gem! The house was very clean and well-appointed - we had all the dishes, silverware, linens, towels, etc. that we needed. It was just me, my husband, and our bulldog, but there was plenty of room for a family with children. The owner made himself available for any questions or concerns throughout our stay. This home is a very short drive to all the amenities in North Conway, but also just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Cathedral Ledge look-out, the hiking trail to Diana's Baths, and a lovely jam stand where you can buy homemade jam on the honor system. North Conway was extremely busy this week due to peak fall foliage, as well as the nearby Fryeburg Fair being in full swing, but this home was the perfect refuge after a long day of activity.

We loved this property. Quiet and residential, but close to everything. The owner is very communicative and super nice. The house itself was clean and spacious, with plenty to keep us busy when we weren’t out exploring North Conway. We can’t wait to visit again!

A nice property in a very quiet neighborhood, and very close to many different kinds of activities that drew us to North Conway. There were six of us across three generations and we were more than comfortable. Property was was all that was advertised. Happened to meet the owner, a very kind and friendly man, who was very attentive to our needs. Mentioned that one of two light bulbs had burnt out above the dining room table where we played RumiKub each evening, and he replaced it immediately. Would consider this one again in the future.

Summer vaca with the kids
This home was exactly what our family of 4 plus 1 furry child needed! The home was big enough for all of us, clean, appropriate.. it felt like a “home.” It was great! Better then a time share and soooo much better then a hotel! We definitely will be looking to coming back!!

Clean and comfortable
There were 3 of us, including a five year old and our dog who stayed at the property for vacation. It is at a great location, about 10 minutes from down town, but not off a main road so it is quiet. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Jeremy was very responsive and his vacation book was very helpful for what to check out nearby, food and where to visit with a dog. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot
What a perfect rental. Plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood still close to all the attractions. Great backyard complete with a grill and a very nice fully equipped kitchen. We were able to bring our large dog and the renter even provided a dog crate and baby gates!!! Jeremy was friendly and very responsive when we had a small issue. We can't wait to go back.

Great place, Great location!
We stayed here over Christmas week with the family and had a wonderful time. Landlord is right next door and was available for all questions and communication the whole time. the location is great, everything was within a 15 min drive. the house was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay besides our food. there is a great little hill in back yard for sledding for the little ones so bring a sled if you're staying in the winter! Jeremy was very attentive to the snow removal and driveway plowing the whole week.

Perfect and Clean
Loved our family get away. Location is perfect. This house was great for all. Very clean and a lots of games and puzzles. We especially enjoyed the pool table. The owners are so nice and very easy to talk to. Definitely will love to stay again.

Loved our stay at this home!!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was extremely clean and well organized! (We loved how all the light switches were labeled, so we could easily turn on the ones we needed ... seems like a small detail, but so helpful!) The property is very well cared for inside and out. It was also really nice to have linens and towels provided as well as small extras such as dish soap, sponge, paper towels, etc. There were so many games and fun activities to entertain our kids! Jeremy was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we contacted him. We had everything we needed and Jeremy was kind enough to give us suggestions for a few fun places to go with our kids. We hope to stay here again sometime in the near future. This was one the best VRBO homes we have ever rented! Thanks Jeremy!!

Great central locaton.
Kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, comfortable size kitchen,
full appliances includeing two types of coffee makers
Open space plan for kitchen, dining and family/living room. Large TV monitor with full complement of cable channels.
AC on first floor and master bedroom on second floor.
Very nicely appoined and well maintained.
Laundry, pool table and air hockey in basement.
Nice size yard in a quiet neighborhood well off of West Side Drive
You will not be disappointed.
Jeremy is a great host and lives next door.

Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle!
What a perfect home for a family vacation. This house is located just off a road that avoids all the traffic of rt 16. Bottom of the road ? Take a right and less than 2 miles to outlet side. Take a left and less than 2 miles to the downtown area. The house had everything needed for a home away from home. My kids 18 & 21.(probably our last as a family:-( ) Played pool and air hockey nightly. This place has a full kitchen and stocked as needed. You won’t regret the decision to stay.

Absolutely perfect!
We recently stayed at Jeremy’s property and it was such a perfect place for our family of 3 and our dog. We appreciated all the amenities that were included, all of which made for an incredibly comfortable stay. Jeremy’s place is very clean, well maintained and it’s in a beautiful and quiet area. This house is conveniently located to prime attractions within the North Conway area. Jeremy is very helpful and his place is very well appointed and organized. Nice place to stay close to the Diana's Baths and Cathedral ledge (N. Conway)
We came as a family of four. Check-in and stay was very easy. The property was clean and very organized. It can easily accomodate ~6-8 people. Jeremy (property manager) was very professional. We liked the location as it is so close to the easy hikes with children. Also there was plenty to do inside with a game room in the basement and plenty games, toys, etc. One suggestion will be to add a fire pit outside for cold evenings.

North Conway Get Away
Our stay could not have been better....the property (indoor and out) was immaculate and as described with all the amenities we needed to feel like we were at home. Jeremy was extremely helpful and available to answer any questions we had any time of day. The house had plenty of room and bedrooms and baths to easily accommodate 2 adults, a teen and a large dog. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the check in process was a breeze - especially with Jeremy being at the property next door. The neighborhood was fantastic and quiet and felt like we were miles from civilization yet we were only 10 minutes from downtown North Conway or hiking. Could not recommend a better place to stay...we'll be back for sure!!

Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Check-in process was easy and the house was super clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved that we were able to bring our dog. The location is ideal and central for all of North Conway's attractions. We loved how close we were to everywhere we wanted to go! Jeremy was very attentive and helpful, we appreciated his suggestions on things to do & restaurants to try (we LOVED White Mountain Cider Co!). We would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend Getaway
I cant say enough (all Good). I've been staying at VROB's for years and this place is the BEST place i've stayed at. From the moment we arrived until our checkout.... everything went smoothly. At one point we locked ourselves out and within a few moments the owners were there unlocking the house for us. The house was spotless upon arrival and everything we could possibly need was in plain sight. We (5 adults and 3 kids and 1 dog) never felt crowded, even during meals. and the two full baths were a huge plus! Also we brought our dog with no problem, saving the stress on the dog being boarded at a kennel. I have already recommended this rental to several friends and family looking to rent in the North Conway area, and we are planning on trying to get in for a week next summer!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was a good location, just minutes to North Conway center. Very clean and comfortable and the owner Jeremy was super nice and lived next door if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here.
