The breakfast was nutritious, with many healthy options. The location is just across from the water. Great shopping is a short ride away, a bit far to walk. Train station is also nearby. Staff are really kind and helpful.

The gate to access the beach was locked for some reason, a three-minute walk to public access. There is no elevator, ask for a 1st-floor room if you have a lot of luggage, keep in mind 1st floor is actually the second floor in the EU. My room had no curtain on the bathroom window and the shower had a severe leak.

The location of the hotel, free parking.

The smell of the room was terrible. It smelt like someone has vomited. The room was not cleaned properly. Bed lining was dity, there were hair on it. The air conditioning had a lot of mould inside. Baby bed had also mould on it. Breakfast was served for 2 hours but when you come an hour after it started, there was almost nothing to eat (also milk was not fresh - be careful).

Hotel located at the first line, the beach is near. Rooms are bit worn but it’s ok. The balcony is an advantage, you can relax sitting outside. Unfortunately there are too high trees in front of hotel, so you can not enjoy the Balaton panorama.

Nothing. I do t know why hotel was rated even 8 on booking..may be only because it is in front of beach but it attracts lot of dust and insects due to same.

First of all, the check-in time is wrong on booking.com. when we were there, they told check in is at 3 pm (not 2 pm as it is on booking.com) so we had to wait long and also staff was not welcoming at all. Then the room has really bad smell. Air conditioning is just for the sake of saying it , it does not work .no matter what, temperature don't go below 27 degrees. Then television was like 20 years ago, remote control did not work. Breakfast was very very limited. Big problem with bathroom, it's stinky and the water clogged in shower so could not even bath. There was nothing in the flat like not even couple of glasses or cups, so having coffee maker is waste :). Balcony is too small (maybe 2 sq meter) to use and full of insects so you cannot sit. Then one of the two beds (sofa bed) has big hole in it so very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, nice location, everything was clean and tidy (just like on the photos). It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Siofok. It's an excellent starting point for exploring the beautiful Lake Balaton. At the end of the day, it was nice to relax by the pool, in the sauna, and in the play area. Breakfast was great.

In low season, you cant't reach the baeach, but it's not up to hotel ...

The room was very spaceous, clean and comfortable. The area is very quite and the hotel is located 5min by walking distance from the lake.

The staff is very nice and kind, especially the receptionist, and the bed was comfortable.

We purchased half board, but first they didn’t know about it, so we had to wait and discuss that we booked the whole trip with half board. When we arrived to the dinner we felt the “main” dish was pre-made and reheated, like a mirelit. In the morning the breakfast was nice, but maybe because our late arrival time (9:20 am) some drinks and food, like the sausages, milk loaf and juices was not restocked. Unfortunately we found the hotel not properly clean, the air conditioner and shower cabin seemed moldy. The whole place was extremely hot, we tried to set the air conditioner but finally we slept with the the balcony door open.

nothing to like about it. the staff very unfriendly and lack of communication. I was trying to reach them all day long in the arrival day, in order to announce that we will arrive later than the last check in hour, due to some traffic delays. Many call, messages, nothing, nobody answer, therefore we had to drive fast and fast to be sure that we will have a bed to sleep on. When we arrive and I was telling them that O was struggling to reach them, no reaction, very innocent…

The entire location is very dirty, the walls, the windows, the floors. in the room the sofa were my kids supposed to sleep was dirty and deteriorated. The chairs upholstery were dirty and full of spots… In the morning at the breakfast the dishes were very dirty, and the food looked unhealthy, only the bread was fresh.

My room (no.1) was full of mold. I have noticed after I spent the night when it was too late. This needs to be fixed.
