A well priced, comfortable room. The rooms are above a pub, but you cannot hear the noise from downstairs. I arrived by bike, and the staff were happy to provide a secure storage spot for me to leave my bike overnight. The breakfast was great, a 10/10 in my book.

Furniture in bedroom needs an upgrade. Hose in the shower leaked.

Dinner, though not included in the room price, was excellent quality with good service. And breakfast, which was included, was plentiful and also delicious.
My room was a long way up four flights of stairs.

The bathroom in room 2 is covered in mould above the shower, the room obviously doesnt air very well as per their posters but there is a large amount of mould on the ceiling

Superb place to stay. Very friendly staff, lovely room, very comfortable bed & the biggest breakfast we've ever seen! Parking is a bit away from the hotel but it is fine in a locked area so is secure. Food in the restaurant was also great.

Just 3 comments. Access to the rooms was absolutely freezing but this may have been due to fire escape door being open for staff access?
Breakfast took 45 minutes… rather a long wait.
There was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom.

The room we had this time was pretty cold (it was very cold outside) and the building is old so understandable. Bathroom had no heating so getting a shower was a no no. Keep the door shut to maintain heat in the room.

Great location in Ripon. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Shower great. Superb breakfast. Staff friendly and welcoming. All in all an excellent experience.
