Amazing location, very central, lots of restaurants nearby as well as the station. Very comfy bed and very spacious for Japan!

Nice place to stay in Osaka -quiet but close to centre.

A fresh variety of deliciousness. An overall delightful breakfast buffet. A truly wonderful way to start our day.

- spacious, clean, and modern room - bed was so comfortable especially compared to other hotels we stayed at - umbrellas to borrow at the front desk - laundry machines could be controlled with a mobile app and paid for with Apple Pay, a huge upgrade from our other experiences with hotel coin laundry rooms - rain shower head AND detachable shower head as well as a bench inside the shower - toilet, sink, and shower were all separated - shuttle to Osaka JR station

A little farther from central Osaka than we thought (via public transit). We also chose it due to proximity to USJ but didn’t realize that the public transit route would involve multiple transfers still.

Excellent location near river and public transport. Brand new nice room very convenient.

Lounge could be improved, limited drinks and food available.

コインランドリーの数が少なく、ランドリー室が不衛生だった。 ゴミが落ちていたり、忘れた洗濯物かランドリーが少ないので誰かが出したのか、洗濯物が放置されていた。

朝食とスタッフの対応が良かった

오사카역까지 셔틀버스가 있어서 편리하게 잘 이용했습니다. 대욕장이 있어서 이용했는데 크기는 크지 않습니다.

벽간 소음이 있었고 시끄럽게 떠드는 투숙객이 있어서 불편했습니다. 방음이 약하다고 생각합니다

The hotel only iffered "limited housekeeping," which is just towels and bins. Full housekeeping had to be arranged via the front desk at an additional charge, which was disappointingly poor value for a hotel at this price point

渡辺橋、中之島駅からすぐのところに位置し、便利な場所にあります。フェスティバホールや中之島美術館からもとても近いのでビジネスはもちろん観光にも便利かと思いました。お部屋も清潔感があってキレイです。アメニティも充実していました。お部屋からの景色も素敵でした。

少し建物が古いのと、やはりお値段が少しお高めかと思います。

16階の大浴場がとても清潔で新しい設備でセンスが良かった。フロントのスタッフも接客が丁寧でした。お部屋も広くて、部屋の中のお風呂もリファのシャワーヘッドがついているなどセンスが良かった。

大浴場期待しすぎちゃったせいか残念な気分になってしまった。 子供からすると外が見えなくて残念がってた。

Unbelievably dusty. My partner and I both have dust allergies. We both got very sick while staying in the room, but didn't think it was the room as we intentionally booked a non-carpeted room. By chance I dropped my phone behind the bed. When I moved the bed to retrieve it, I saw an ungodly amount of dust had collected there (it was as if no one had vacuumed there in years). We had literally been sleeping with our heads next to it. The hotel cleaned it after I immediately complained. They also wrote an apology letter, but to be honest after reading similar reviews of this hotel (not being cleaned), I can see that it's not genuine. We didn't leave the room for 1.5 days because we were sick. They should have refunded us some money.

大阪でライブを楽しむ時はこちらに宿泊しています。 ロビーはいい香りで部屋は清潔感もあり、大浴場があるのも気に入っています。ロケーションもよくスタッフさんの笑顔や対応もすてきです。

今回は二泊で、エコのためゴミ捨てとタオルの交換のみお願いしました。一泊目はホテルに戻るのが遅く部屋で食事をとり、二日目部屋に戻るとゴミ箱はきれいでしたが手前に置いたペットボトル等はそのままでした。何度か宿泊していますが初めてのことで少しがっがりしました。

Wonderful hotel facilities, staff is very helpful and accomodating. Top floor bath/spa was a great bonus. Room was large especially for Japanese hotel standards, with very comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants in the area as it's in the business district.

They offered a free shuttle service to Osaka Station, but there's a large gap in the ride times during lunch hours, which is when I happened to need to leave for the airport. So I ended up having to hire a taxi.

The room was bigger than we expected, super clean facilities and great location.

They didn't have "tattoo day" for the public bath.
