The host attempted to deny our entire family(two very small children included) a room for one night over a simple booking error. An insignificant error that would have taken almost nothing for her to overcome. She met us at the door and blocked us from entering for at least 15 minutes with our luggage on the sidewalk, only to let us gain entry after speaking with our taxi driver. We then spent close to an hour as she made attempt after attempt to not validate our reserved room for the night.

The location was excellent, stuff very friendly.

There were some long hair (women's) on the bed sheets, which made me feel that the room was not cleaned properly. Also the room was rather small and felt old.

Amazing, calm, neat and antique hotel on a super location, owners are very welcoming and kind.

Staying in 1900 B&B was a lovely experience. The house is beautiful with lots of antiques, the owner is very nice and helpful, and the location is great. It was like staying at someone's home instead of a hotel. There is no TV in the room which I did not mind, because I did not want to stay in a basic hotel. Very good value for money.

I liked the place, but it is not a standard hotel, so it should not be compared to one.

Receptionist don’t know english very well. But good at French and Spanish. No air conditioning, street a bit noisy.

Ideal location for visiting Terrassa. The owners were friendly and helpful.
