Apartment smell bad. The fridge door doesn't close.

Decent enought value for money. Location was good (depending on which part of the island you like to visit). Great view of the mountain from the balcony! Quaint little town and some nice restaurants close by. Room was quite large and clean. AC works well, which is always important in summer months.

Staff don't speak any English, but it doesn't really matter. No kitchen facilities or fridge in the room we stayed in. Comfortable enough for the price, but nothing special. Probably wouldn't stay here if planning to spend a lot of time at the hotel, but fine to sleep if you plan to spend most of the day out and about

I liked the terrace

The security. I mean the front gate and the main door of the building was wide open all night long. I don't feel safe at all.

Big balcony with table and chairs. Quiet location, nice views.

The place is well located, and although it is a bit far from the beaches, there is a bus station in 5 min. walk from the facility. Nearby one finds restaurants, bars and different shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If we had any problems they tried to solve them as soon as possible.

The facilities had seen better days. The first room where we were placed had mold in many places, on the ceiling, bathroom and kitchen, as well as characteristic smell. But thanks to the staff, we have been able to change the room in two days.

Francesco is a fantasric person with good advices and always ready to provide help. The olace is clean, well placed for a trip around Ischia. I strongly recommend.

• mould in bedroom along door frames, told manager received no apology only given stuff to clean it ourselves. • uncomfortable beds. Two single beds pushed together in double room, old mattresses that were saggy and hard to sleep on. • dark room with no windows. • noisy, you can hear everything from your room, people upstairs and in rooms across from you. • run down facilities. Photos do not match patio or roof terrace current condition. Yes the view from the roof is nice, but there is no grass flooring like shown only a few old dirty plastic tables and chairs. It is old and run down with mis-matched outdoor settings and nothing cleaned. Very dirty that you would have to wipe down each day to sit on. • broken and damaged furniture in bedroom. Desk and bedside tables were dirty, chipped and broken.

Amazing terrace, perfect location, really clean apartment. Francesco was super helpful.

I could hear the neighbours a little too loudly, but Francesco told me they'd been thinking of improving the sound isolation. Once this is done, the place will be perfect.

Location turned out to be good (rented scooter), beautiful beach Sorgeto very close; also nice little village is close with shops and restaruant, bus connections good. Big apartment, clean, helpful staff. Would recommend it!

Towels reminded me of thin sheets you usually get in saunas.
