Clean large room

Lovely, very clean, modern room. Bed was very comfortable. Love the large windows. And the bathroom facilities were exceptional. Very convenient for attending functions in that part of Brisbane. Also convenient access to Eat Street.

The only downside would be the size of the room. If you're not spending much time in the room, it's fine.

Very clean throughout, Cafe downstairs was a lovely surprise. Staff were super friendly

Car parking and location to the river taxi.

The room was very small, it did not even have a wardrobe to hang your clothes in (just a couple of hooks on the wall) but worst of all was the shower which was standing in a bath. It was very dangerous getting out of the bath and I am reasonably fit so an elderly person would find it very difficult

Price was top end for size of room. Limited food services (snack food at bar - no restaurant)
