General ambience of the place. The restaurant was full on both the nights we were there and the food was excellent. Perhaps the best Parma I have ever had in Oz. As said earlier, the staff were all smiling and hard working, particularly Dave, the manager. There were basics for a light breakfast bought in a shop across the road: the hotel did not make breakfast. We had two Dinners, with different meals each evening. Considering the numbers of people they were catering for the meals were excellent and well-presented. Our room comprised a good bedroom, a bathroom and a small lounge. Immediately outside was a deck with comfortable chairs and beautiful views.

The bathroom fittings were basic and the jacuzzi bath did not work. The WiFi did not work in the room but worked OK closer to reception.

Staff were great & loaned me a phone re-charger for the night.

Had live music in the bar the night which was a bit noisy, then the ride-on mower started up at 7.30am the next day. Not really all that tranquil!

The family room was spacious clean and great for the 4 of us. The accommodation was part of the hotel which offered excellent service at dinner and breakfast time.

What wonderful staff, I wish all hotel/motels employees were so great(when was the last time receptionist walked you to your room?). The room adequate, but the staff was the highlight. This is an older hotel which has been altered to meet 21st century requirements

A little more attention to cleaning please. Minimal ocean views. No internet in the rooms but dining room with internet was only a dozen steps away.
