Comfy bed. Great location. Hot showers and friendly staff

No plates or utensils in room a few more teas and coffees would have been good too.

ordered breakfast for the morning got sent burnt pancakes food was yuck then when checked out asked if that was it they said yes now contacting me saying I owe money for burnt food and will go to police if I don’t pay

Often come and stay at the Heartland Ambassador. I travel a distance to Hamilton and this motel always meets my expectations and comfort. Staff are always pleasant and accommodating. Thanks for having me.

Close to our locations that we needed to be at. Plenty of parking The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful when we needed more towels and coffee. We did have to ask for more coffee as it hadn’t been restocked when the beds were made.

when going to the elevator with all our bags, one of the staff got into the elevator first and closed the door. Leaving me standing there until the elevator came back down again. We work for a resort, and we would always give right of way to all of our guests because our guests needs come first. This is not what we received and wasn’t a pleasant experience considering the price we paid to stay here. The bathroom was dirty and the mirror looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We also had no where to take the dishes as the only sink was in the bathroom and it did not look clean enough to be able to wash the dishes. The hot tub also had a significant amount of residue and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. We couldn’t see the seat, of the hot tub nor the bottom.

Overall the facilities are clean and tidy. All staffs are very helpful to our meets.

Beds were a little hard

Nice size unit for the 5 of us. Location was just across the road from the supermarket. Kitchen was good to prepare a quick meal. Reception lady was very helpful and friendly.

Sliding entry door hard to open.

Travel reasonably often with work and this is always my first choice in Hamilton. Large room, central enough, quiet and the staff always try to be accommodating. Case in point. After a long drive from Wellington I arrived before check in and while I understand this is not always possible...they moved some things around so I could check in to a room that was ready.

Comfortable bed. Nice room though dated. Excellent location.

Needs a bit of TLC. Vertical dated. Remote on TV didn't work properly. Breakfast was nice but not worth $25.00. No hairdryer.
