Cottage by Folly Beach with water views

A 2 millas de Folly Beach, esta casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos tiene todo lo que necesitará para unas vacaciones cómodas y serenas. Our stay was lovely. The house was exactly as it was advertised. It was meticulously clean, well stocked with all of the essentials, comfortable furniture, and spacious. I especially loved the decor! If I had any criticism at all it would be the downstairs bed. The bed itself was comfortable however the headboard was not attached to the bed so every time I moved, it slammed against the wall. I'm sure that is an easy fix though. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Could not use the dock and the screened in porch was non functional because of the hurricane. No communication was sent prior to my stay. Nor was any compensation given

Lovely location, great view of marsh, good kayak spot at high tide. Comfortable beds, sofas. Well equipped kitchen. Great porches.

A Fun Folly Beach Weekend
We enjoyed our trip to the Folly Beach area. The house was very clean, well furnished and well stocked. There were nice decks and a screened-in patio leading out to the marsh and canals. The house was close to the beach and close to Charleston, a great location. Our family hopes we can return to this comfortable and convenient house.

Charming home in the perfect location
This house is so sweet and the marsh views are incredible! The house was very clean with all needed amenities. The owners were very accessible and responded quickly to all questions. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place, but always hot when we walked in
When we arrived, the temperature was a little warm inside, so I immediately programmed the WiFi thermostat for the days we would be occupying the property. As long as we were inside, or on the property, the temperature remained as I had programmed it. Anytime we left, the thermostat was turned up (not by us), making it a little uncomfortable when we returned. The A/C was always turned back to our programmed temperature when we returned, but it took 2+ hours to return to a comfortable range.

Summer vacation
The house was really nice. The views were great and the neighborhood was quite. The house was close to Folly Beach. It’s not far from Downtown Charleston. The drive wasn’t too long to get to Charleston downtown. We will definitely stay again.

Great change to get away and socially distance.
We used the property as our base for our fall break get away on. We used the kitchen a lot and it was full stocked with the pots and pans we needed. The dock was great and we enjoyed the deck as well. We were disappointed that there was not a grill like we saw in the pictures. We bought seafood several times, and a grill would have been great, too bad.

Just the right distance to almost everything.
Clean, Comfortable and a great setting. I enjoyed coffee on the deck or dock each day prior to heading out and enjoyed the same, unwinding after the day !

We loved the place, amenities, gathering spaces, floorpan & decor. It was a lovely experience.I wish we had brought bikes so we could have passed all the traffic to get on Folly. This place is so close to the beach.Highly recommend!

Sunsets on the Marsh
This cottage on the marsh had everything we needed for a weekend in the low country! Clean, comfortable, and beautiful! Brought our kayak and fishing rods and had a blast!

Excellent location
Love this property! Excellent location for The beach and Charleston. Loved kayaking and crabbing from the dock and enjoyed sitting on the back deck for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening.

Perfect!
House was very clean & met or exceeded expectations. Plenty of room (1 1/2 bedrooms on first floor and one bedroom on top floor), spacious kitchen and living area. Location is great because It is close to downtown Charleston & to the beach.
Only thing lacking is cable tv.

Life on the marsh is good!
Wonderful experience! Loved seeing all the water birds. Convenient access to stores and easy in and out of Charleston. A dolphin swam right by our dock! The house was fully equipped.

Beautiful place
Great relaxing place to stay. Had a girlfriends getaway. The location is perfect. It is between the beach and Charleston. Super easy to get everywhere. The dock and deck are very relaxing.

Perfect place for our honeymoon! Great house in a quiet neighborhood. View from the deck was amazing. Very clean and well stocked. Will book again!

Only complaint was the automated air conditioning system. It would be set to the high 80s
We would come into the house after a hot day and walk into a sauna feeling nauseated. The system was very difficult to over ride. Other than that the location was great and was fully stocked with all the essentials.

Get-A-Way
Beautiful sunsets off back porch. It's very close to the beach (like 2 miles) but with one way in roads into folley it took us 75 minutes in the car to get there!!

This Cottage was so charming and the wildlife from the deck was amazing.
Location was great! Quiet rental just 10 minutes from Historic Charleston and 15 mins from Magnolia Gardens and Plantations.
Owner communicated well and the Cottage is nicely decorated and clean.

Perfect Friends Weekend!
The house was perfect! Clean, decorated nicely, and in a wonderfully quiet and relaxing neighborhood! It was the perfect place to relax and reconnect with old friends. We would highly recommend this home.

Lovely!
The house was great. We had everything we needed. We brought our kayaks, and we were able to easily paddle around the marsh. The views from the house were beautiful. We absolutely loved it. Erin was also super easy to work with.

The house was perfect, and the setting was beautifu!
tge House is adorable and had plenty of space inside and out. You have your own private dock on the delta and you can swim when the tide is up! Would definitely reccomend staying here!
