My friend and I were extremely happy with this rental. Beautiful bay view and patio nook we could enjoy outside cocktails and dining. We walked across the street to enjoy beachfront and sunsets. We took advantage of the Sista Key trolley and other modes of transportation as we didn't rent a vehicle. Well stocked rental with plenty of towels and linens. Unit could use an updated coffee maker and essentials like measuring spoons and cups.
Owner was very communicative and helpful to work with. Highly recommend!

Karin’s condo was perfect! It’s right on the bay side- we watched all the boats pass by during morning coffee. Kids loved the pool and being so close to the condo, they could easily go back for a quick drink or snack. It was a short walk to the beach thru the property. Beach was amazing- the property supplies beach chairs which was very convenient. The condo had beach supplies and plenty of towels.
Karin was so accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for a much needed getaway!

Karin was very personable and quick to respond whenever I contacted her. Her condo was exactly as described in the listing, with beautiful surroundings and literally just a few steps away from the bayside pool and hot tub, and fishing pier. It was so relaxing to walk out to the pool patio and dock area to watch the sun rise over the bay.
Having two en-suite bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom with a tub, was such a nice feature. This allowed my mom and I to enjoy spending the day together and also having some personal downtime to accommodate different sleep schedules.
The condo complex felt very safe, with gated entrances for both cars and pedestrians. A short walk across Midnight Pass Rd at the well-marked crosswalk to the other side of the condo complex takes you to Crescent Beach, which continues on to Siesta Beach. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset over the Gulf while walking along the superfine flour-like white sand.
Although we rented a car to get to various places in Sarasota, the free trolley that runs along Midnight Pass Rd was such a fun way to hop on and get off at either Siesta Beach or Siesta Village, which has lots of restaurants and cute shops, but very little parking.
We enjoyed picking up fresh produce and locally caught seafood at the farmer’s market downtown on Saturday morning and then coming back to the condo to cook up delicious healthy dinners in the spacious kitchen.

The property was just as advertised, clean, spacious, and perfectly located right next to the bayside pool and bay waters. The condo unit was a short walk across the street to the beach, and there are restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, grocery stores, etc on Siesta Key in close proximity to the condo. We walked to Crescent Beach Market most mornings for coffee and pastries and whatever groceries we ran out of during the week. We did not encounter any issues with parking, even during the busy Spring Break season. Communication with the owner was easy, and she always responded promptly.
This condo unit’s location right next to the bay was perfect for our family. We had our choice of beach, pool, tennis, and fishing. Spending mornings/evenings on the bay watching the boats go by was so relaxing and such a huge plus for me. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this Bayside condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen supplies were a bonus (coffee filters, extra garbage can liners). This unit is the 1st unit closest to the pool (ground floor) and was fantastic. It was great watching the boats go by the pool area. In addition, it was a simple walk to the beach. We would definitely like to go back. Thanks Karin!

The apartment was as it was described and met our needs perfectly. The decor and equipment provided is above and beyond other places I have stayed and the apartment felt truly loved. The owners/management do a great job to make you feel at ease and to bring the seaside atmosphere to the rooms. Check-in and door access very easy and worked just as it should. A great apartment within a great between the bay and the beach.

What an amazing property! The pictures don’t do it justice, it was more spacious than we expected, everything was clean and the AC was the best! The views were spectacular, you can sit in the living room and enjoy them. The pool was literally right outside your door and the beach less than a 5 minute walk across the street! Karin was so helpful and any questions I had, she replied within minutes! Would definitely go back and highly recommend!!

We were very happy with our accommodations; it was true to the photos on VRBO. We appreciated that this was an end unit, which made for more sunlight and privacy. We were directly adjacent to the pool and the bay/intercoastal. Beautiful sunrises!! A short walk through the property on the other side of the road to the beach. Absolutely stunning! Access to a car is useful to get into town, but you can also access the free trolley and shuttles if you wish. Karin was an accommodating host, respectful and responsive to emails/texts when necessary. Fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated, including a soft-sided cooler to take drinks to the beach, a few portable beach chairs were handy, although we had no problem getting the loungers at the beach, provided by The Pal Bay Club.

A very nice condo in a great location! Karin responded to questions immediately and was very clear about the check-in process so there were no glitches.
Our unit was closest to the pool so that was very convenient and the view of the bay was beautiful. The walk across the street to the beach was easy if you didn’t have a lot to haul. It’s easy to find a parking spot closer to the beach if you’d like to drive.
We cooked in/grilled for most of the week. The size of the island was great, it gave us a lot of space to land and prep. The pans need to be updated with a few more and newer ones, and there weren’t a lot of actual grill utensils. The coffee pot and toaster oven definitely need to be replaced as they are very old.
She supplies laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs and that was nice.
The king bed was very comfortable and the pillows I wanted to take home! However the two twin beds were very squeaky and made a lot of noise. We never figured out how to use the Roku stream, we couldn’t find an actual live network channel so that was a bummer but that’s probably on us 🤷♀️.We are not familiar with Roku.
Overall it was a great space and gave us everything we needed, we will definitely stay there again and highly recommend the unit and working with Karin!

When you returned to the property at 10 pm there were no parking spaces. This happened to us twice. After that we didn't move our car, which affected our enjoyment of Siesta Key's night life.

Accurately portrayed. Had everything you needed and more. 2 fishing poles, live shrimp bucket, beach chairs and an umbrella. We saw dolphin daily and birds galore.

Everything about the area was great. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was the dampness in the condo. I tried to control the temperature but I wasn't able to do so. I did speak to the owner and she stated that I could adjust the temperature. The temperature wouldn't go past a certain point. I noticed that a blanket I went to use seemed like it wasn't washed. The property was beautifully decorated and clean.

This is our second time at this location and once again enjoyed it. Great location on Siesta Key with a great view overlooking the bay. Karin was a terrific host and would highly recommend this property.

Karin was awesome start to finish - communication was instant and appreciated. The place has amazing views and is incredibly quiet. The beds were super comfortable as was all the seating. The puzzles, games and tvs were appreciated! The kitchen was nice and extremely clean. We couldn’t have been happier and will be back. No complaints at all!

We needed to be in the area for a golf outing and wanted to stay by the water. found this place and it checked all of our boxes. Great location on the intercoastal with a great pool and hot tub. We enjoyed watching the boats go by. The unit was clean and perfectly located to the pool and it was also a short walk to the beach. we rented a boat one day and there was dock access to pick up and drop off.
Fully stocked kitchen, and easy access to restaurant. Would recommend!!

It was a beautiful unit and we had a great time. A great view with steps to a pool and a short walk to the beach, which was also clean. A young gentleman there brought us our beach chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the unit in the Palm Bay Club and the view from the living room was superb. Only a few steps from the pool and the bay where we sat on the dock and enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim by. The unit was light, bright, and clean. Perfect for a beach vacation. I highly recommend this home away from home and will definitely be returning in the future.
