The condo was clean, well stocked including an ice machine. The views of the ocean were spectacular. We spent hours watching the dolphins from the patio. The beach was not crowded. Overall a great vacation.

This condo was everything advertised and more. It was newly renovated, well furnished, and in a prime location with access to the largest private beach in Destin. If I had one thing to complain about it would be the lack of blackout curtains in the master bedroom, not having those allowed a massive amount of light in before 6 AM through the floor-to-ceiling windows. So, if you're a light sleeper, you'll wake up early! Very minor issue and the ONLY issue. Love this place and cannot wait to go back next year.
The owner's communication was fantastic. She called us the moment the rental was approved to thank us for choosing their condo and to answer any questions we had. Whenever we had questions, she was very responsive in getting back to us. A++.

This rental is beautifully decorated and the ocean view is majestic. Amenities such as covered parking and beach chairs were very nice to have. Location is perfect. Very easy drive to all the happening things in Destin.

Pam proactively reached out as soon as we booked her beautiful beachfront getaway. From the moment we walked in, we knew that this was going to be the perfect get away for our family to spend Spring Break. The unit is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and has everything a family needs to cook meals. The view is spectacular and waking up in the master bedroom is a real treat as we watched the sunrise each day. We loved the beach and pool and how easy they were to access and it felt so private. We highly recommend this spot and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One helpful hint is to remember beach towels but other than that it was perfect.

What a beautiful property! The pictures don't do it justice. We had a wonderful long weekend over Easter. The condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for us to come together when we wanted and to also spread out. The location was very quiet. It felt like we were a little off the beaten path yet very close to restaurants and entertainment.
Pam was an absolute delight. She was attentive and responsive to the couple of items we needed.
We had a great experience and hated to leave. We look forward to returning and will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. The view was spectacular. The place was quiet and not overrun with people. The beach was private to people staying or living there. The beach attendant was very helpful. On days that it was too cool or rained we went shopping and explored downtown. We had no issues that we needed anything from the host during our stay. Parking was easy and everything was conveniently located. Target is less than a mile away and plenty of wonderful restaurants close by. We really loved this place!

The beach in front of this condo was so clean and well kept. We saw them rake the sand and put the chairs and umbrellas out every morning. Great week, great condo and unbeatable view from the large balcony. We will be back!

Oceania is a beautiful facility and 302 was great. The unit was very clean and had been recently renovated. . It is furnished very nicely. The balconies in Oceania are long and have an unsurpassed view. We've stayed in several different units at Oceania and the balcony in 302 was furnished the best of any we've stayed in... Two chaises and a sturdy table and chairs. Pam, the owner, was very easy to work with and answered questions promptly.

We love staying on holiday isle and we absolutely love Oceania. The only thing i have a comment on was the washer, it was not working properly. I notified the property manager to let her know. She let me know there was a new one coming after we left.

Staying at Oceania is always a treat. This is a gorgeous unit. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with every day items such as seasonings in the kitchen, hand soap, dish soap bath soap and paper towel to get you started so we didn’t have to run to the store as soon as we arrived. The owner Pam was very thorough with all information provided. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

We recently stayed at this beautiful beachfront property in Destin, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The communication with the property owner/manager before and during our stay was perfect, and the check-in process was easy. The property was clean and well-maintained when we arrived, and it matched the description and photos provided in the listing. The location of the property was perfect, as it was conveniently located in the heart of Destin, yet it felt like a private oasis due to the gated property and abundance of beach space. Our favorite activity was to watch the numerous dolphins play right in front of the condo each morning.

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. The property was amazing and the view was breathtaking. We literally watched the sunrise over the ocean from bed each morning and the sunset from the balcony each evening. Pam was awesome to work with and recommend great restaurants in the area which we loved! Definitely recommend and plan to return!
