- Very good location, 100 mt from the beach and very close to the station. Nevertheless, it is quite. - My room was very nice, clean, and with private bathroom. - The host is extremely kind, a very pleasant person. - Good value for money. I can recommend it.

- My room was on the ground floor, so when you open the window people passing by can look in. - If people living on the first floor walk loudly when going upstairs, you can definitely hear them. But, of course, depend on the guests sensibility towards others.

The owner was very responsive on Booking and WhatsApp. The location was also excellent, right in the center of the city. They also had a garage where I could safely store my bicycle overnight. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and looked recently renovated. Additionally the AC unit in the room was very efficient for heating, which was nice after being outside all day. WiFi worked well throughout the building.

You couldn't use the stove for cooking. Apparently the oven was available for use though. The breakfast wasn't great. A couple of pre-packaged pastries and a small pack of cookies. The Coffee was alright though. Additionally not being allowed to use the stove limited making your own food. I was told after booking the place that the check in was available from 4 PM onwards, which was way later than is listed on Booking. Apparently it was a one time issue since the owner had some business to take care of, but it was still a bit inconvenient.

Francesco was extremely nice and welcomed me into his apartment. It was very relaxing to stay there. Everything was comfortable and well organized.

Everything was perfect.

Close to sea. Close to great-reviewed restaurants. In local neighbourhood which is wonderful to experience, and also close to wide boulevard of fancy stores for walking in evenings.

The room and bathroom were very nice. Very Clean and seems recently renovated The bed was very comfortable. There are snacks and drinks available and stocked regularly as well as a coffee machine. Great location and good communication

The host was very friendly and explained everything, very clean and modern with a self service breakfast in the downstairs kitchen

Location central for train, car rental, beach Centro Storico.

Took an hour to contact to let us in on arrival. But we got there eventually! Bathroom under stairwell did not seem very private as stair gaps only filled with plastic.
