Found the room dirty on arrival

Location was great. Very quiet. No road or traffic noise. Comfortable beds and living area. Nice size courtyard for my baby to run around in, once it was cleaned. Good facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The floor was horrible, we had black socks from walking on the floor. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned properly for a long time as there was black mould in the shower. The floor was dirty, hair from previous people, scum in the corners of the room and discolouration of all the tiles behind the door as clearly the cleaners don’t vacuum and mop behind the door. Outdoor was beautiful but again was not cleaned properly as the dust was so thick and rained on that my son couldn’t run around out there until I begged for proper cleaning which took 2 days. They sent a cleaner in on our second day of stay and they may as well not have turned up because they did nothing. I had to have a manager come in on the third day who said because of the baby she didn’t want to do a clean with chemicals and didn’t want to move us because of the inconvenience. I demanded a proper clean and outdoor clean and then it was finally done sufficiently. They then said I couldn’t have a discount due to booking through bookings.com so now I’m waiting for a response from them. I’m very dissatisfied and won’t book there again.

Super friendly and helpful staff, comfortable apartment. Underground parking was convenient.

If you can't get the washing machine to work, try the light switch 😄

quiet, clean and comfortable - can park car in the basement and can take lifts to floors. didn’t have to get wet in the rain.

room service is only once a week, but can always make requests and replenishments at the reception at specified reception hours.

it was a convenient location for us and it was nicely self contained.

the window coverings were shear and there was very bright lights outside of the window. it was so light whilst trying to sleep that you could read a book!! the cleanliness was not at a good standard.

in the last day the power of laundry washing machine has gone and stopped working and I couldn’t finish to dry my clothes
