No breakfast, but location was great for my needs. Loved the walk over to the Botatanic gardens, then to the river and back.
The room smelt a bit damp. Perhapsome moisture absorbant would help. A bit silly, but a bit better dish cloth would help.

No breakfast supplied, but unnecessary. very close to golf course where I was playing, large main room and comfortable king size bed. For a motel, the microwave was very easy to use and made meal preparation very simple.
I found accessing FOXTEL stations difficult, but I am not very electronically astute, but I was still able to watch standard T.V.
The dining room chairs became slightly uncomfortable for me, when sitting on them for extended times as happens during the long Autumn nights at the moment

Great accomodation. Good location with easy access to surrounding venues. A courtesy bus is available as well. Very roomy and everything we needed. Really worth considering if you are staying in the area. Thanks to the hosts. We will use it again.

Honestly this is one of the best motels we've stayed in, it was so spacious, it had everything you could need, it was clean and comfortable, the furnishings were lovely.

Welcoming staff who showed courtesy and respect. Outside entertainment areas provided facilities for guests. Botanical gardens across the street were wonderful.

Whenever we stay here the staff are always so kind, helpful and very welcoming. The beds are so comfortable. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel or motel where I have liked the bed before so coming to this motel is always my favourite because I know I'll sleep great. The rooms are always so nicely cleaned which is lovely.

The room was so spacious, had microwave and cooktop which was great. Foxtel was a bonus. Jacqueline was fantastic helping us, can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend this place, nice and quiet

Perfect and Quite Location, easy Check-In and quite possibly the most Comfy bed and pillows that i have ever slept in. 5 Minute walk to the Barooga Pub, 2-3 Minute drive to Cobram Barooga Golf course, IGA 3-4 minute walk with a Bottle shop. Just a beautiful part of the world. Spacious Apartment with all the basics that you need and having Foxtel was a great bonus. Would most definitely stay again.

The after hours check was great and efficient when all I wanted to do was get to bed after a long days travelling. I was very impressed with the room, a lot bigger than i expected and was clean and tidy.
