Nothing it was such bad customer experience
Our electricity went out, we notified them once we checked in . At 2/3 pm they sent someone to fix the room at 10 pm, the handyman finished at 12:40 am at midnight not allowing us to get rest . We informed front desk and they did a darn thing about it they kept saying the manager was out. Why not swap our room?! Or offer a refund for one night ?

I like a little more local flare, but it was a very, very nice area.

1 elevator was broken down, too many people for the other elevator, it took more than 30 min to get the elevator

it was just working 1 of the elevators . we needed to wait up to 10 minutes to catch it to our floor !
we knew for another guest the elevator has been broken more than 1 week
Very restrictive with towels on the bedroom
to make the check out and get the invoice we last like 20 minutes. on a Sunday you’d thing they would have two people at front desk !
