Noisy bed, no air condition (not generally necasary in our opinion, but due to the fact of 38 degrees outside and only small windows of the apartment, we missed ac a little bit)

Unit was clean,

Communication was poor regarding important details until the day before. Sent requested docs via email numerous times through Booking.com but owner/management never received them as they kept requesting them. Instructions given for arrangements were different than that of employee carrying them out. Info was not provided when booked as to the hassle it would to get to the site due to police restrictions, if that info was known when booking, I would not have chosen accommodations in that area. Augustine gave set of instructions for the check out day and then did not follow them, leaving us in unit waiting for him to come to the unit to check us out while he was waiting in parking garage several blocks away. We were never advised that the parking was not part of our fee for renting the unit. One night was 40 euro and were never advised that it was only cash. The most upsetting thing was the heat did not work in the unit including the bathroom. We slept with our jackets on ad the temperature in the unit was almost the same as outside, at least 50 degrees. I contacted Augustine via the email that he sent me with door code but never heard. I was told to use the booking.com site to communicate but no one ever received my requested docs or communications there. This was a total disappoint. There certainly needs to be better communication and specific information given regarding access to the property, fees etc.

Small studio in downtown, just 10-minutes walk to the Cathedral. De Longui nexpresso capsules coffee machine (capsules included!!!), stove, tea maker, microwave, fridge with freezer, kitchenware, washing machine. No toaster, no dishwasher. Toiletries. Small double bed for two (probably 130cm). Super quiet and clean. Studio is at a pedestrian street. No parking inside the building. Parking rented by the property is very close at a cost of 30€/day. There are also other public parkings that can be found within a 15-minute walk at 12€/day.

I would love the bed would be bigger, at least 150. A toaster would be a great addition.

Everything, Virginie was super available and kind with us, the apartment was in the middle of everything and was really clean and cozy. I loved it.

The proximity to the Cathedral, very helpful host made a short stay in Strasbourg pleasant and hassle free

Appartement is situated in the center of city, very nice design, clean, you have everything for comfortable stay. And very kind owner who is ready to help you with any your questions

Virginie is such an extellent and very helpful staff! Everything is well managed and communicated by her. She also upgraded us to a room with air conditioning because the weather is warm in Strasbourg when we arrived. The location was impeccable and close to everything you want. Parking is just around the corner so very convenient for the luggage! Top choice in Strasbourg and will very highly recommend!

Because it’s in the city center, sometimes it can be loud outside but closing the windows will make the noise sound less.
