Great location! Great one bedroom condo! Great direct ocean views! Responsive property owners! Highly recommend for anyone needing a nice ocean get away!

The property was clean and well appointed. While the weather in early May was too cool to enjoy the balcony, the views of the beach and water were amazing. Any questions we had were answered quickly. A great location to enjoy the beach and surrounding area.

The location is perfect and the ocean view is beautiful! We had everything we needed and more.

This property was just right for my stay. It is well appointed and right on the beach. It was wonderful being able to sit and watch the ocean from the balcony or front room when the weather was cooler. The owners are delightful and easy to work with, and if I’m in the area again they’ll be my first call.

The building & condominium unit was very nice & well kept. Excellent location. We would rent again. Minor aggravations but over all a wonderful stay.

We have enjoyed our summer vacation retreat here for a few years. It is relaxing and offers everything anyone can want. It is only a short drive up the coast and you are shopping at the Maine outlets. Kittery Trading post is a great way to spend a rainy afternoon. The sunrises are breathtaking, enjoyed with a hot coffee on the balcony in our pajamas. Wonderful way to reconnect with family. Looking forward to this slice of heaven for years to come.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was walking distance to many restaurants. Had the best view of the fireworks. We all had a great time. Thank you so much.Lucie E.

We stayed for one week and were very happy with this property. The location is on the quieter end of the beach, the condo was very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a lot to do in the area and keep two kids having fun with the beach, shopping and restaurants. Nice secure parking as well. Will book again here!

Great condo and excellent location, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops with downtown Hampton and Seabrook a 10 minute drive. Would certainly plan for future stays.

The property was clean . The view spectacular. The only thing I would say is this is not a “luxury condo” . It is a nice cozy condo. We had a great stay !

This is our third summer vacation spent here, and we have already booked for next summer. There is nothing more you can want of this beach dream home. Everything is perfect! Even a rainy day here was enjoyed. The beach view is outstanding. The sea shell nightly entertainment, and fireworks displays are added bonuses. Thank you to our wonderful owners for sharing their “slice of Heaven on earth.”

I wanted to book again for next year but I made a mistake by telling a group about the nice condo at a decent price. I am a veteran and this made me feel almost normal but I willl be missing out next year. If anyone knows how to book early, let me know. The week missed is my birthday week.

Hampton beach is our happy place! We have been going there for over 25 years. Unfortunately we did not go on vacation last year due to the pandemic . iIt was so nice to be back to Hampton beach. I absolutely loved the location of the condo, right across the street from the beach, from sitting on the balcony to read a book or watch the incredible fireworks,. Definitely will be back next year.

It is a beautiful condo and the location is amazing. The balcony overlooking the ocean was wonderful. Everything you need is there to enjoy a restful vacation. The owners were always very responsive to our questions. We would love to return there next year.

We had a wonderful time . The condo was the perfect spot over looking the beach, water and activity on the strip. The private parking was a plus!

The condo is exactly as seen on the listing except even better and more beautiful in person. We loved our vacation stays to be at a property with a beautiful view and this surpasses that. We stayed during the week of the Master Sand Sculpture competition which was a wonderful experience to see these amazing works of art close enough to the property but not too close for the crowds. The condo has a well equipped kitchen , all in working order and good condition, The beds and furniture were comfortable and this condo is very nicely decorated . We enjoyed going to various restaurants nearby but we also enjoyed making breakfast in this nice kitchen and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony with the gorgeous ocean views and sunrises and sunsets. We would recommend eating at "Ron's Landing " which is a short walk to the left on the boardwalk. This was a fun location to explore Hampton Beach, but also a short 20 min ride to Portsmouth and also short ride to Kittery, York,Orgonquit, Wells and Kennebunkport Maine which we visited during our stay. It was a wonderful stay and we would strongly recommend. To the right of the balcony you have the busy hopping part of the boardwalk and to the left of the balcony you have the more laid back quieter side. Worth the visit.

The location, cleanliness and easy of accessibility to everything Hampton Beach has to offer makes Jill and Jeff’s condo the perfect spot for a vacation. I am very picky when it comes to where my family and I will stay on vacations and by far this condo will be our “go to” whenever we visit again. Thank you Jill and Jeff we had a wonderful time!

Thank you again for sharing your beautiful beach condo. Everything again was perfect. We have already booked for next year. The boulevard being closed to traffic, opened up front row seats on the balcony for the street entertainment. We saw a juggler, a music group, and a Pogo stick and unicycle show. The condo is immaculate and everything is well stocked. Truly heaven on earth.

We had a great time at this lovely condo. Jeff was great . We had a slight communication issue in the beginning but he was right there to fix it. The only thing I would say is if you do have a toddler, the doors don’t lock from the inside so you just need to be extra cautious. Overall awesome place!!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. The location couldn’t have been better as we set up our beach site right in front of the condo, sat on the balcony each day to watch the sunrise, could walk to any restaurant on the strip, and ended the day back on the balcony. When relief from the heat was needed, the view was still perfect from the living room couch. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We can’t wait to come back again!

What a beautiful condo. We were even able to bring our elderly parents up for a few hours. My handicapped mother was thrilled to be able to enjoy the most beautiful view from the deck. Thank you!

My wife and I truly appreciated how well the property was kept. Beyond the attractiveness and cleanliness of the rooms (all excellent) was the availability and reliability of each and every appliance-EVERYTHING WORKED! In speaking with a person who was spending the week in another rental on the same floor ("some appliances did not work, cleaning materials not available, no art work on the walls, etc.") we realized how lucky we were to have spent the week in a rental offered by such conscientious owners . Our only concern was over a breakdown of communication in regard to the purchase of a cleaning service to be done at the end of our stay (a misunderstanding which was probably our fault). We thought that the "service charge" shown by the Homeaway payment statement was for a cleaning services but was instead for the services provided by Homeaway. However, the bottom line is that would definitely go back!
