Clean and strategically placed, the host is very nice and friendly. The room was big and comfortable.

We had some trouble with the automatic gate which doesn’t work properly and we got stuck inside for half hour. Please fix it! 😀

Secure and nice kitchen and common areas

Nice and very well equipped kitchen - almost any dishes/utensils you could need to cook any meal, large fridge and oven, microwave, coffee machine etc. You can enjoy your meals in the yard/terrace as well. Spacious rooms. Laundry room with 2 washing machines and a dryer - especially handy after all the hikes. Secure and spacious yard with plenty of parking space. Great location (if you have a car) - fast drive to the city, convenient to get around the island from this place as well. Nice and quiet. AC works well.

Nothing to add, 10/10 would recommend this place. Would recommend it only if you're travelling by car, though! As its a bit of a drive from anything (stores etc.) and I'm not sure about the availability of the public transportation hear.

You don't get daily cleaning in the room but all common facilities are very clean. Overall is very good

The host is very kind and helpful. The house is in a generally good and peaceful location. The room and the kitchen is well equipped and comfortable.

Other guests were a bit noisy in the evening (our room was close to the kitchen and we could hear them too well). The location is not the easiest to access by foot.

Good position to explore the western/mid of Sao Miguel, comfortable and private accommodation, rooms well equipped, easy parking, green spaces around

The outside area might be better maintained (more grass or flowers), we missed matches to burn a candle :)

The best host we've ever had. Really felt that the host cares a lot about her customers. Great tips, always online and always ready to help. Million thanks, Cristine. The house shares same kitchen and laundry. The laundry has 2 washing machines and a dryer which helped a lot after trails. The rooms are spacious, with large bathroom and a perfect air conditioning. Google has the point called Estalagem Pica d'Agua and all taxis know the place.
