Very responsive Very quick check in and out process The pool and pool area was clean and very well kept The room was spacious The breakfast was varied enough (but I did not get a chance to try) The price was a great option for our family, even more so as a last minute trip Most of the staff was really nice and helpful

The beds, omg those beds. They were so soft it was like Sleeping on a pillow. We slept but did not rest. Found a biiiig roach walking in the bathroom, it was clearly very slow due to fumigation but was not a welcome surprise walking into the bathroom after a 4 hour drive. I left it under a kleenex for when the cleanup crew came by. 1 specific girl from the staff was, I assume, very tired and crabby. She kept saying we had towels when that's the first thing we checked and I had to ask for them 3 tines until she brought some. Just mildly annoying and stuck out vs everybody else in the staff that was super super helpful.

the room was dirty, no towels in the bathroom, cabinet drawers kept opening, this was my 4th time staying in this hotel and the room that I was given was awful, very disappointed, nothing compared to my previous rooms I was very surprised.

it was nice and clean. Personal were friendly.

That it was falsely advertised as having 2 queen sized beds, and they were double beds instead.

The location is excellent, and access to the facilities is pretty great. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

Facilities need maintenance. Room carpet was dirty and shower gaskets needed replacement.

Beds not in good condition could not even sleep

reservation for deluxe king room and quiet one. got normal room and noisy. had to request change of room. is still noisy, couldn't sleep. ordered room service, specified I'm vegetarian. Got a spagetti with ham. changed it. found 3 pieces of ham in my new spaguetti. it was already midnight

The bed was awesome and very comfortable. Room was pretty good size.

Hot water was a problem. It was mildly warm.

No towels of any kind in room. Restaurant is very very slow with service... Very slow. One bottle of water in room for two people.

Near the airport . Room very clean

I suggest you have a sign up list for the shuttle so everyone can respect their turns.
