House was nice - cheap interior for the price of the stay such as paper blinds, no shampoo conditioner. Owners live next door so there isn’t much privacy. Checkout is 9am and host was extremely rude and not flexible

My family and I spent 5 lovely days at Gina's house in the Hamptons. The space was perfect for our family- clean, spacious, modern and with all amenities as described. The outdoor space was excellent- we spent the majority of our time lounging by the pool and our dog really enjoyed running around and playing in the backyard. The house is stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, and anything you may need. The host was extremely responsive leading up to our stay as well as throughout the course of our visit. When we arrived, the BBQ seemed to unfortunately not be working properly and she had it replaced with a brand new grill within 24 hours! The location is excellent, very convenient to the heart of the Hamptons and we are already looking forward to planning a return visit for next year!

My family, our friends, and I (including our 2 yr old miniature Yorkie) spent a lovely week in this perfect Hamptons vacation home. The property is just as depicted in the photos and described in the listing. Fresh, clean, airy and all you want in a Hamptons property.
Beautiful house, great kitchen (BBQ grill just outside the door on the wrap around porch), comfy beds, highly efficient AC throughout, heavenly heated pool and a vast backyard and very private entrance way and parking area.
Wainscott is great location; midway between South and East Hampton and an easy 20 mins from Sag Harbor. The Wölffer Estate Vineyard 10 mins away gives a lovely tasting/wine-making tour that's fun to do.
Gina was a perfect hostess and very responsive to all our needs including much appreciated help having our Yorkie walked while we were at one of the amazing nearby beaches. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you again, Gina!

My family ( 2 year old daughter and parents) stayed at Gina’s lovely home for a couple of nights at the end of June. It was just fabulous. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the backyard was WOW. It felt like our own little oasis, and yet we were still so close to all the towns. We had dinner in East Hampton, Sag Harbor and made a day trip out to Montauk. The central location was great because we were able to enjoy all the surrounding areas and return home to our private little retreat. There were plenty of towels provided and other accessories that made us feel right at home- Thank you for welcoming us into your home!

We had a phenomenal time the house is lovely all the bedrooms upstairs very clean the pool was amazing private and very large beautiful property can’t say enough about this house it was easy to get to everything. The owner was very responsive and great ie the barbecue ran out of propane and they immediately brought a new tank. You can only have four adults which was fine for us because we were four adults in 3 rooms Will definitely be back - super easy short drive to town and beaches Loved it !

Our family stayed in the property over Thanksgiving, while visiting friends in the area, and could not have been more pleased! Traveling with adult children can sometimes be challenging. However this spacious house, with all it's great amenities, allowed us to not only gather together to celebrate and reconnect, but also allowed everyone to find their "own space" when they wanted alone time. The tall trees and shrubs, as well as deer wandering by just outside the great fenced yard, make you feel like you are secluded in the country, but you are only minutes away from the best restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property and hope to make coming here an annual family tradition.

This was beautiful house in an awesome location. House was very clean with lots of rooms. The backyard and pool were also spacious - we could have just hung around the house and enjoyed our stay. Our family had a wonderful stay at this home and we would rent again in a heartbeat. The property is impeccably maintained - inside and out. In the interior of the home, all appliances are new, there is zero clutter, bedrooms are a good size and beds and linens are very comfortable. The exterior of the home is a dream come true as the enormous wrap around porch is dog and kid friendly and the pool and grass area is pristine. The white lounge seating and the blue loungers are very comfortable and new. Clearly the home is professionally maintained from the inside and out and was spotless for our arrival. The photos do not do this home justice because it is really so much better in person. It’s so nice, it’s jaw-dropping - really! Everything is so pristine and clean that it’s truly a pleasure to enjoy.
The location is also ideal as it’s central to driving everywhere and even walking distance to the seafood shop, Breadzilla, a bagel place, and a great wine shop too. Gina was helpful in recommending restaurants and a pleasure to communicate with. We will certainly return again.

This house is really beautiful especially the woodwork of the extensive deck and patio! The landscaping and huge back field were also unexpectedly so lovely! The house is filled with stylish and charming finds. My son especially loved all the interesting wooden kitchen spoons! Gina was a delight and very responsive. Our group was made up of 3 grandparents, my husband and I plus our toddler son and everyone loved it! It felt like we were staying at a friend’s beautiful home. Will definitely go again!

My family and I have rented multiple homes “out East” and this place is the winner! The property is magnificent and the pool is lovely. Our only regret is that we had outside obligations and could not spend more time at the house. Gina is so kind and communicative and even went beyond our expectations in providing a vehicle with a beach pass. We truly hope to go back one day and would recommend this listing without a single reservation!

One always wonders when booking a home online whether the home will be exactly as promised. We had high expectations and we needed a place that would be a "homebase" while we attended a wedding at a nearby vineyard. From start to finish Gina communicated the information we would need - from deposits - to directions and more. When we arrived at the home it was exactly as pictured and to be honest much more picturesque than I imagined. The pool was stunning - the kids had room to run. It was quiet and everything we needed was there. From beach chairs, pool toys and bikes on the front porch - they had it all. It is a short drive into East Hampton and grocery stores and it was a quick drive to Sag Harbor which we absolutely loved. Really enjoyed our stay and are already planning to come back next summer.

I stayed at Gina's the month of January. Her house is quiet, very clean, well-appointed; t's simply perfect. Its area is wooded, and close to a handful of shops, and a short run/ride/bike into the bounty and perfection of Bridgehampton. The house/grounds are are something special. Cozy, easy, clean, and happy - there is a washer/dryer...etc.etc......Simply perfect. I will stay here again, in fact, when in The Hamptons I'll only stay here.

We stayed here for a short weekend in the Hamptons. The house is beautiful, and the master suite and bathroom are immaculate. The house is well set up with a comfortable living area that would have easily fit more than just us 2.
It is also well located - dinners and lunches in the neighboring towns were a breeze to get to.
Gina was responsive, and helpful, recommending two great restaurants that we went to during our stay. I definitely would stay again.

Having wanted to always see the Hamptons, but coming from CA we knew nothing about the area, so I cannot express how lucky we felt in finding this adorable, cozy, welcoming home in Wainscott!!!
Close to everything, we found this farmhouse to exceed our expectations in so many ways and our only dissappointments were that we could not stay longer or that it was warmer (it was too cool in Oct to enjoy the beautiful backyard pool, but the fall foliage made up for it)!!! We were there for a family wedding and other members who stopped by, and rented other properties, had wished they found it first :-)
Making the arrangements couldn't have been easier, with interactions feeling more like working with a friend than booking a reservation. I would recommend this whole experience to anybody and EVERYBODY!
P.S. If you are in need quick bite there is a great lil local fish market, bagel shop, pizza place and bread bakery just minutes away by turning left onto 27

This rental was perfect in every way. The owner Gina was prompt to respond to any and all inquiries and was friendly and helpful from the start. The house was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you need- from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. The yard is perfect for relaxing with a deck, a pool and a large lawn. Location was great- close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Plan to book another stay here next summer!

My family enjoyed this house so much. The house is even nicer in person than the pictures show. There were six adults and one baby and it accommodated us so well. The house is stocked with everything you could think of, paper towels, dish soap, body soap, tons of towels, baby toys, pool floats, bbq tools. The list goes on and on. The house is spotlessly clean (which is at the top of importance to me). The pool and deck are extremely nice and we enjoyed them very much. The location is great. We were able to bike to the beach and it is just a few minute drive to public beaches. It is just a few minute drive to Bridgehampton, the village of Easthampton and about 10 minutes to Sag Harbor. It is situated right off the main road but you do not hear traffic noise with all the surrounding trees. There is a pizza place right around the corner and a little market just down the road which were very convenient. I hope to return to this home for our future visits to the Hamptons and highly recommend it.

We absolutely love this house. It is always in pristine condition and well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies, BBQ equipment, pool toys and baby items. It is clear that the owner takes great care of the place and there continue to be improvements (new door and deck). Its very relaxing with a beautiful pool and lawn. Proximity to the beach is also a big draw for us as we don't have a parking permit but its close enough to cycle and the house comes with two bicycles. We continue to return as this is our favorite property that we've ever rented through vrbo!
