Quiet, spacious accommodation, but a short bike ride from the centre of Dieppe and the harbour.

Spacious flat in lovely tree lined space. There is a linear park to the left of the block, facing uphill. Easy walking to a pharmacy and greengrocer. Beyond that it's not far to a centre commercial with a large Auchan supermarket, Flunch self serve rest.(recommended if you have never tried.) , McDonald's and Burger King (if you want them, but a waste if a visitor) and that great French institution Le Buffalo Grill! Views across the city. Full kitchen if you want to cook. Toilet seperate from shower room. Large living room with a telly. For the avoidance of doubt, the bed is roughly a queen size. Sheets and towels included despite what it says on booking.com. Perfect for a quieter stay. If you want the hustle and bustle of the basin, this might not be for you. Only took us about 10-15 minutes drive from the port and we got lost twice! Probably nearer 5 mins in quiet periods.

These are small gripes and not reasons for not staying. 1) Try to avoid arriving after dark because not easy to spot the turning and only the main road was on our sat nav. That said look for the flyover as a landmark. Don't be put off you cannot hear that traffic on the site. 2) Take a torch at night the car park is not brightly lit and ground uneven in places. Upside no light pollution and better for the enviroment. 3) Slightly heavy on Air fresheners for us, but a matter of taste and easy to move them. 4) Bed slightly soft for some tastes, but just right for others. We slept well. 5) Beware the time switch on the corridor light. The button is near the lift 6) Slam front door shut or it will not lock. TIP - the tradesman entrance will give you level access to the lift. If you go through the front, glass doors, with concierge office you need to walk up a flight of stairs to level 1 - as in many European blocks. All that said we will certainly book again.

The apartment is clean, cozy and your view is right into the trees! We had everything we needed. I wished we could have stayed longer but time did not allow it for us.

The elevator was rather small. The entry was on the side of the building but we found it thanks to a resident who was peaking out the window :-).

The flat is spacious. Facility is good. The host is nice.

The building is very old. I didn't feel the bedding is fresh.

Parking on site is easy. The apartment is spacious, with views on the forest. The lift to the floor is slow and small, only 1 available for many people but we didnt have trouble using it. Its pretty close to many supermarkets as well

The shower needs upgrading, as the shower head is leaking and the door can't be closed fully. The kitchen has many things, but lack basic stuff: no coffee is provided (although there are 2 machines), there isnt a single cutting knife (although 2 chopping boards are provided), there is vinegar but no oil... Also the cutlery was a bit greasy so had to wash everything first before using (as there is no dishwasher, I imagine cleaning is at the discretion of the previous host) Also be warned if you are tall, the bed is quite small and I'm 180cm and had to put my legs sideways to fit

Quiet with easy parking. More then well equipped (for the size of the kitchen!)

Slightly further out of town than expected - 30-40 minutes walk.

Set up high above the town in a park. Very quiet. 20 minutes walk into the centre of Dieppe. Flat lovely. Everything provided. 2 different coffee makers + coffee, and the most sparkling kettle ever. Best mattresses ever even on the sofabed. Lovely decor. Very French but not like ataying in somebody elses house. Lovely views.

A lovely cosy apartment . Clean and spacious . We love the peaceful mountain view. Great location : short driving distance to many attractions . Close to the city centre but located in a very quite area. It is also just a stone’s throw from supermarket. Very friendly and helpful host. Thank you Emmanuel for bring us the water bottles when we have left them behind. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect location for the ferry and lovely well equipped apartment

Spacious apartment for 2 with separate airy bedroom and lovely light sitting / dining room. We also loved having the bikes with which to cycle to and from Dieppe. (Had our own helmets) the cycle route is very safe. Plenty of parking in front of the apartment block also excellent and the owner could not have been more helpful.

WiFi was weak, but we managed and the tv didn’t work whilst we were there though the owner Emmanuel , did try his best to sort it out. In any event, not a problem

Excellent apartment, big, clean, and comfortable! -- nothing to say ;-)) and I can also confirm -- you can easily find parking place at any time of day (or night ;-)) As well the whole residence is very quiet! -- you're mostly in center of town, but within a wide green area, so only sounds of the nature are around! ;-)) and, after all, you're in Dieppe -- great city of art & history! -- tons things to do and to discover! including excellent food & drinks, and all this face to sea side ;-))

Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable flat. Artistically furnished and providing all mod cons. Nice managed woodland surrounding the perimeter of the property was pleasant for walks.

Although the flat itself was delightful, the building was old and seemed rather run down with probably more than 100 flats.. The overall appearance of the building is blighted by the presence of a couple of rows of ugly garages directly in front of the property which are a real eyesore. Parking arrangements are haphazard and probably inadequate for the level of occupation and at peak times it was quite difficult to find somewhere to park.
