I liked all

fantastic breakfast and plenty of it. We had an early start one day so they made us a breakfast box to go.

bathroom had a funny smell about it.

breakfast was exceptional, the garden and location were perfect. we also had a lovely view. instructions to locating the property were clear and the videos were appreciated. reserved car park was a real plus.

it would have helped if instructions for entry had been sent perhaps 12 hours prior as we didnt have the connection to receive the instructions during our journey to Dubrovnik. prior instructions on accessing the reserved carpark would also have been appreciated. the water system in our room made odd noises intermittently.

Great location, mostly very quiet and the breakfast was amazing although I am not used to eating that much in the morning 😀 The lady running it was very kind and made us lunch when we had an early start so missing breakfast. The room was simple but met our needs.

We could hear some guests above our room quite late into the night but it could have been worse. Some things didn't work ie hairdryer but if we were bothered enough she would have replaced/sorted straight away.

The breakfast was amazing and the place is very close to the old town. Just the inside could do with some tlc

really hard to find anything good to say after the extreme rude and insulting behaviour of the owners. sorry but just simply couldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

firstly extremely hard to find in a busy one way street with no parking. located up 73 steps with no Signage at all. no one to meet us or explain process once finally found. had to phone twice for directions and garage parking and spoken to like I was an idiot. 4 sockets in entire apartment 2 x bedside 1 xTV and one in bathroom had to unplug 1 bedside for fridge that was in the wardrobe and rattled doors every 20 mins throughout the night. unplugged the other bedside for phone chargers although aircon above socket was old and working flat out caused water to drip all over our electrical’s so used the TV socket. the kettle had to be plugged into the bathroom and rested in the sink. the bed legs stuck out so far that both of us kicked them on many occasions. No main light for the first day/night and shower only produced cold water on our last morning and was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was taken in the garden and although a lovely idea was only 2 choices - take it or leave it. everything was just put on the table regardless and most of ours was just wasted. we felt the only time any interest was show in us was when they wanted payment and made me walk to an ATM as refused to take card.

Problem with parking and price for parking very high

- the location was perfect - the garden and the breakfast in it - the staff was super friendly and kind - comfortable bed - good breakfast, fresh and tasty

- the bathroom was not the best

Staff was rude in the first night

Really good breakfast, served in a magnificent garden. Dubrovnik old town and cable car within walking distance. Parking available just across the street from the property.

We liked the hospitality of the lady who is the manager of the villa, the fact that she was very attentive of our needs and the breakfast she cooked was absolutely amazing. We celebrated our anniversary in Dubrovnik and she gave us a little present and that was something she didn't have to do, but showed us what a kind lady she is.

We liked everything

The hotel was beautiful, clean and the garden was marvelous. Mrs Anita was very polite and always there to help. Breakfast was excellent with different daily touches.

The room is clean and the suite was economical.

Lack of plug-ins in the room and lack of lights in the room that worked. the main light bulb was burnt out. You had a choice of either plugging in the fridge or plugging in the light. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The toilet paper holder was broken off. The safe was not bolted down in the cupboard so anyone could walk off with it.There were a lot of stairs going from the road to the apartment So if you had mobility issues this is not a good place to stay.There’s also a lot of stairs to get down to the main town walled city of Dubrovnik.

The rooms are a bit quaint, in a nice way. The breakfast is really good.

The location to the old town was good.

The host wasn’t friendly at all. She was easily irritated at small requests/questions.

Fantastic location. Public parking situated minutes away - the hosts managed to make us pay only 20 € for a whole day, which amazing in Dubrovnik Amazing breakfast cooked by the host and served in the garden

There’s a bit of a steep set of stairs that you need to take to reach the B&B (from the main road) so it was quite difficult to bring the luggage up.

Breakfast was wonderfull.

Breakfast was incredible! Each morning was a little different, delicious and had everything you could think of! Very friendly host and good location

Wifi was not great!

Great breakfast, comfortable room.

Great location, just next to Old Town and all bars and restaurants. Very cozy and beautiful garden, additionally worth to mention homemade breakfast. It was super delicious. We arrived earlier than the check-in time at the hotel, but at the same time, the owners prepared a room for us immediately and allowed us to check in earlier.

Poor wi-fi connection, didn't work for the whole day. The bathroom door jammed, it was difficult to open and close it. There is a TV in the room, but it is hung so high that even standing it is difficult to watch, not to mention lying on the bed.

the room doesn’t worth the price. old, worn out, small and overloaded.

The breakfast in the garden was amazons but our ”terrace” was a joke.

Artistically furnished rooms in a charming setting. Stunning breakfast - most home-made - served in a lush garden.
