I liked that it had a balcony and the aircon

for me the 120 stairs were ok but for an older person not- my father of 85 would have joined me and he would not have managed - need to know about that before you book

Everything was just perfect: great location, excellent support from the owner, the room was very clean and the facilities were in an excellent state.

Great view from the window, quiet air conditioning, easy check-in. Communication was smooth and pleasant. The location is 10 minutes from the center, close to a bus stop and a bus stop from the airport into the city.

You have to be fit to walk all the steps to the apartment. There was nothing to dislike 👍 Overall excellent experience 😉

Only a 10minute walk to old town. The location was communicated to me very thorough and was given clear instructions on when room was ready and where to collect keys. The room was very clean with air con and bed was very comfortable. Very reasonable price. I would definitely stay again or recommend this place. I was solo travelling and I felt safe here too.

I didn't like the size of room. Very small and depressive

The location. Though it took two locals to find where we had to go and how to retrieve the key.

The pictures on Booking are mainly and mostly about the apartment, giving the impression that this is what you will get. Which is just not true. The room we had was very disappointing. So the picture of two glasses of juice outside on the balcony didn't apply at all as there was no balcony. We updated our time of arrival and when we arrived we couldn't reach the host to retrieve the key until after one hour. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling. While the location was perfect, close to the Ploçe gate, it was also close to a nightclub. Previously we stayed in Split in an entire apartment with more comfort for less money, therefor we can not really recommend Suncana 2. We met one of the other guests and that room was also very small, not like in the pictures and the shutters of the window didn't even close properly.

The room I was in is compact, bright, welcoming, spotless clean and reasonably cool even without switching the a/c on. Is it possible to have breakfast in the room and herbal teas and instant coffee are provided. I was glad to see an internet router in the room but I wasn't able to connect to the wifi for the three days I was there. The owners tried to fix the issue but to no avail and to update my three phones and to upload books on my tablet I had to go to cafes and restaurants.

I had issues finding the place because there were no signs and there is a very dark spot on the stairs going down and I was afraid of falling down.

The area is great. Downstairs, you are directly on the beach, upstairs you have a supermarket. Its a lot of stairs though. 140cm bed, fresh tovels including one for the beach.

The refrigerator is loud in the single room with garden view. Bring ear plugs. Sattelite TV has no german channels (only Hotbird sat). Really small room, but for the price it's ok.

The apartment is just amazing. Loving the outstanding view! Ivana always answered all our questions. Shuttle was perfectly organized. In 3 minutes you are at a beautiful beach. At night it’s that calm you can sleep while the windows are open. Highly recommend for a stay in Dubrovnik!!

Location was perfect, short walk to old town. Host was kind and responsive. Lovely room with a balcony- but not all rooms have balcony😊 Would recommend.

We thought an apparent has a parking spot based on booking page, but it doesn’t have one. It’s quite challenging (or expensive) to find a parking spot in Dubrovnik. Host helped us through phone and we managed to find free parking spot on a road just above the apartment

Situated in a beautiful neighbourhood, the building (studio with a balcony) offers nice view over Lokrum island and the old town, which is within walking distance (around 10 minutes). Being based in this part of the city, you not only can reach Banje beach within just a few minutes but also take a stroll to the much less busy Divovici beach and, further east, Sveti Jacov beach, both amazing. Staff are really kind and attentive to any needs you may have. The studio is comfortable with amenities including coffee maker and beach towels.

Nothing to complain about, really, I absolutely loved this place, the only thing I'd maybe add in the kitchen is kitchen towel ;)

The stairs! I didn't mind them on a 'normal' day but with the suitcase it was difficult! Also it was difficult when I had one too many drinks! But the city is all like this!
