Le personnel est magnifique, souriant, compétent, professionnel, un directeur génial, super professionnel, un maître et chef de bar introuvable, la nourriture est très variée à tout les goûts, hôtel très propre , tout est super.

Location of/food is decent. Big open pool in proximity to the beach are the reason we chose it in the first place.
Hotel is rated 5 stars, but should be no more than 2 stars. After a long wait at the reception with no AC, we finally paid and got a room. The room had mold and a water leak all over the carpet. We asked to change the room. The other room was better but there was no AC. We went to the beach and hoped by the time we return the AC would have been back on. We had dinner and we went to town hoping that we will come late enough for the AC to have been fixed. We returned to the room around 2245 but the room was too hot to be able to sleep. At 2300, we spoke to the front desk and they said there was no AC at the hotel, and they had no ETA for repair. Both of my 6/8 year old kids started struggling with the breathing and it was too unbearable to stay in a room that felt like a hot oven. At 2330, I went down to the reception and asked them to give us our money back because we were leaving. They said they could not give the money back because the cashier was off duty but we could leave and call in the morning. We left back to our hometown, 1.5 hrs away. We were so tired driving back and so frustrated with
the experience. The following day, I called the administrative staff (spoke to Sameh) and we had back-and-forth discussions for over an hour about the refund. The hotel refused to refund us the money but they offered a voucher for a future visit. We live overseas and we don’t plan to ever go back there. So a voucher was no option for us. I paid for a five-star service, at the very least there should have been Internet service, working AC, and clean room. None of that was available. Even the room had no towels and we had to chase down stuff to get some towels. The rating for this hotel must be downgraded and customers need to be aware of visiting this facility.

Everything . Starting from the rude staff, the shortage of food and beverages . We paid all inclusive and they said we don’t have soft drinks because the cola machine isn’t working. They cashed the money and didn’t provide the all inclusive service. The hotel is far from being a 5star. I would give it a 3 star ranking due to the absence of the main criteria for 5 stars. No comfort, no variety of food, shortage of drinks and staff complaining about their own situation at the hotel. This hotel is seriously pathetic and the tourism sector has to investigate and remove this hotel from the 5star list. 5 stars is a big LIE

The beach is fine but the number of sunbeds is not even enough 1/5 of the clients.
The hotel hasn't been renovated for the past 20 years (probably more?). We had to ask for a room change because all the rooms at ground floor stink like hell. The food is horrible and it gives us the clear impression that they are stretching costs cutting beyond the acceptable limits.

Everything is not good. Let’s start with the rooms, the smell is terrible, if you have asthma or allergy to bad smell, you will spend a horrible time in that property. The AC doesn’t work in the reception ( it is like an oven), the internet works only in the reception. The food is not excellent ( may be you can eat the salads), but still the biggest problem is the smell in the rooms ( I can’t explain how horrible it is)

The food was varied and the staff were making sure that the food doesn't run out, which is awesome. The staff were responsive and helpful.
The reservation personnel forgot to add my booking to their list which led us to stay in a humid room that wasn't that clean. We also had a problem with the bath that they fixed in an hour or so. The staff were very responsive and changed our room the second day and got us a new room with a view. The hotel is not renovated and the activities provided were limited. You can't call it a 5-star hotel sadly. The wi-fi worked only at the reception and the bar...

reserved baby bed but didn’t get one. requested a normal bed for baby and they refused. the AC in the room was bot working and because of that we spent 5 hours running around to find a solution for the missing bed where the baby will sleep and for the AC problem. all the rooms are very old and lack a lot of maintenance. the windows in the ground floor rooms do not lock so basically the room stays unlocked.the soundproofing is terrible so we heard everything from the outside with loud music and from inside eg tv or people snoring/talking. they lack a lot of staff so the restaurant is a complete mess and disaster…the guest either clean the tables by themselves or they eat in dirty tables. the reception doesn’t have AC. the connectivity is also a disaster… wifi only in reception, mobile data and mobile coverage don’t work inside the rooms.
if you’re coming with a baby this hotel is a no go for you.
