The first room Was disgusting The front desk check in gal was irritated I did not want to stay in the filthy room We were moved to a lesser value room and I was not credited for the amount I did not pursue the issue as she was so rude I was just glad to get me and my daughter checked in to a room after 5 hrs of driving

A great amount of space to relax.

There was a tear in the carpet, and the lights were very dim.

Was over charged by 300 dollars and it was a fight to get it back and the women who I talked to laughed at me for being upset and wanting my money back. Horrible horrible service and there was hair all over the bathroom so it wasn't even clean

Staff was very rude! Room phone didn’t work. I called and was hung up on twice.

That they had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 televisions. Great shower! Wonderful breakfast.

Had a few issues. The dishwasher was beeping every 30 seconds. A fork was stuck in the bottom and it had not finished the cycle. One tv did not work. Got both issues fixed. The lights didn’t always work. Maybe need new light switches?

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! One of the wheels on my wheelchair broke and we had to order another. The front desk staff made sure we got the package as soon as it arrived!

The mattress was too soft!
