The hosts and property are simply outstanding. They go out of their way to insure you have a fabulous stay. Their home is not only spacious and lovely but appointed with absolutely EVERYTHING you can think of to make your stay seamlessly smooth. Do not hesitate to rent this property. It is truly wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was fully equipped. Great place to see sunsets over the water and watch people crabbing. The property looks exactly like the photos. The property just was updated with new windows and the air conditioning units were not yet put in and it got warm that weekend. Because we did not have the air the owners brought gift of wine and ice cream. So thoughtful when we didn’t even call to complain because not really an issue for us. When you are scrolling through please pick this property.

I would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!! There is plenty of room and anything and everything you would need for your stay! Walking distance to the beach was great especially if you have little ones that need to go for a nap or use the restroom! The back deck and porch have amazing views of the Harborside Very homey, spacious and relaxing. I will look forward to renting this home again! Brian and Elaine take great pride in their home and it shows! Simply a wonderful stay, just wished the weather was a little better but that’s the chance you take renting in early June. We had 3 adult couples there and everything worked out great. The kitchen had every appliance and tool we needed. That is often not the case at a lot of locations. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Loved it.

We had an awesome trip at Brian’s property! Brian was a great host and was readily available for questions. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need including an electric skillet, a blender, a crockpot, tons of pots and pans and bowls, etc. The beach was about the equivalent of a city block from the house so it was a very quick and easy walk to the beach. When we were bringing a lot of coolers, chairs, and items we would just load up the truck and do a quick drop off down the street and then drop the truck back off and walk down. It was super easy. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. Even at high tide there is tons and tons of beach to be had. The beach itself is super sandy and the water was clear, clean, and had a sandy bottom. I was a little concerned since there are separate apartments below us that there would not be any place to store all of our extra coolers, bins, extra food, and other bulky items that were used for packing. However there was a huge walk-in closet off of the master bedroom on the 1st floor that was big enough to store all of our extra belongings for the duration of our week. Also as part of the amenities was three full showers and air conditioning which was awesome. This made for a very pleasant week for us. Having the linens provided and a washer dryer in the downstairs bathroom was also a huge help for our stay. Additionally, there was tons of empty pantry space to store all of the dry goods that we brought with us so storage for our food was a non-issue as well. The table is set for 8 but there were extra chairs in the closet and could fit 8-10. The only little piece of advice is just that the freezer is very small so don't bring too many items that are destined for the freezer. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend the property!

We enjoyed another fabulous week at Seabrook Beach. Brian and Elaine take such good care of their beach house and provide every amenity possible. Just pack your bags and enjoy. It is the perfect place for our family to be together and make lasting memories. The sunsets are gorgeous and the beach is beautiful. We feel like we have made two new friends.

This was our second year renting this most wonderful and cozy home. Everything was perfect. There is plenty of room for my family; and the home was very clean and had all the amenities needed. And the sunsets were amazing. Brian and Enie made us feel very welcome and at home. My entire family enjoyed their stay and can't wait to vacation there again.

We had a wonderful week staying at your home in Seabrook, it surpassed our expectations in every way. There were 10 of us (including 5 teenagers) and we had plenty of space for everyone. You would have enjoyed the kids' reaction when we first arrived; lots of "wows, cool & I want to live here". The location was great for the kids to ride their bikes & it was a short walk to the beach. We have been renting vacations homes for 11 years and your home is, by far, the nicest one we have rented. My husband and I enjoyed staying at the Seabrook Beach Home for an extended stay through Christmas and then for our son's wedding on January 1st. We can't say enough about how welcoming and comfortable this home away from home was. We had many young people traveling to stay with us for the wedding festivities and this home met all of our and their needs. It was truly a beautiful and comfortable place for all of us. We highly recommend this location to all who are considering a getaway at the beach. Elaine and Brian are wonderful people who made our stay extraordinary!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Seabrook Beach house, with our three grown children and their families, 12 of us total. Personally I have been coming to the area for over 45 years and this house ranks number one in cleanliness and comfort. With so large a group I was afraid that we would feel cramped with all of us staying in one place, not so. The pictures did not do justice to the size of the house. The open concept living area with the deck overlooking the harbor was spacious and we were all able to eat dinner at the table every night. The natural air flow from the front deck to the back deck kept the house cool with no need for fans. The bedrooms were all a good size, and we let the two older grandchildren (3 and 4) use the office off the master bedroom as their room. They called it the "beautiful room". All of our needs were anticipated with the amenities included with the house. The washer/dryer (which meant we could bring fewer clothes), the dishwasher, the beach chairs, and the keyless entry with no worrying about who had the key or of losing it in the sand. Also the parking was plentiful with four designated spots. Brian and Elaine were very welcoming and truly concerned that we enjoy our vacation. What we come for is the best beach in New England and now we have a place to stay that matches it. We are already looking forward to next year!

We had a wonderful stay at Seabrook Beach House. It was a great location, it accommodated our large family well. It was well supplied for all our basic needs. A truly beautiful home. The owners couldn't have been more gracious. We felt truly welcome and at home there. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the New England area!
