The room was clean and daily house keeping was good. But that is about it.
The company Athena Travel Services who own/deal with this company is atrocious with the worst customer service. We were arriving late, kept updating via WhatsApp with Athena Travel Services. We were told there would be a driver to transport us to the hotel for €10, if there wasn’t there would be a car available to hire which was great as the accommodation is very far away. At checkin, we were told there was no driver and no car and we must make our own way to the accommodation at 11pm. We waited 1 hour for a taxi that cost €30 for a 9 minute drive. We expressed our disappointment but they did not care, we requested out of good will a transfer at checkout to the port for free, they then told us no it is €20 per person, we were shocked and told them our disappointment and that we have messages advising from themselves the transfers cost €10 for 2 people. Unfortunately we had no other option but to book the transfer with this company. I wouldn’t bother staying here again, their staff are unhelpful, extremely rude and attempt to scam you out of money. My advise to those that have already booked, message this company through booking.com or WhatsApp and keep receipts as they will attempt to over charge you 4x the amount.
Regarding the room, all the other reviews are correct, beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab with springs. It is a clean room but extremely out of the way. There’s a bus stop 20 minute walk away but not doable with luggage, it’s mostly uphill. We caught it once to the port rent a vehicle, we decided not to rent it off Athena Travel Service due to their AWFUL service.

Property was very clean and organized! AC worked good, towels were clean and sheets smelled good! Bed is very comfortable. Maid made sure to organize and leave the place looking good every morning! Location is great, 10-13 min away from everything. Definitely need a car/quad/bike to go around.

The location is close to Plaka, yet quiet and out of the noise. Parking is easy. The room had a lovely patio with chairs, a table and lines to hang the clothes.
The room was microscopic and organised in such a way to make getting around it impossible.
The cost is horrendous for what you get. No tea or coffee is provided, just some washing up liquid (and you only have the tiny bathroom sink to wash up your dishes). I would not recommend staying here, it is just not comfortable.

When we arrived, we had a free transfer from the office in town to the accomodation.
We could hear our neighbour listening to the radio during the night. The issue was not the volume level of the radio. The apartments share a wall (they are 1 room apartments).
I understand it is a 1 bedroom apartment, however, investing in some soundproofing would really help this issue.

1. The first day of our stay, the Wi-Fi connection was poor. We needed the internet for our job and we had a hard time even sending an e-mail. On the second day, the Wi-Fi speed was better (I guess someone from the other rooms complained about it and they fixed it). Until we left the room the internet connection was OK.
2. We had to wait a long time for hot water - due to the old water heater - at first we turned it on for like 15-20 minutes but we realized that is not enough. We lost a lot of time waiting for water and we wanted to be quick to explore the island.
3. The bed mattress is old and every day our backs were in pain.
4. The cleaning staff was there every day - we stayed for 4 nights there - and we thought that it is not necessarily an everyday cleaning as we have personal things and we do not want anyone to touch them. 2 out of the 4 days stayed there, we thought is enough for the cleaning (after the cleaning, our things were moved by the cleaning staff - and we did not like that).
5. The check-in was too late at 3pm.

Everything was super clean, location very nice, well equipped and super cute. There’s a parking on the place also
The only way to go the is bu car but renting a car it’s the best thing to see everything on the island, it’s a must!

Villa is a very kind person, she is always willing to help and advise, she also keeps the rooms very clean and tidy.
It is very well located in Plaka, about 10 minutes by motorbike to the port. I definitely recommend Jimmys Studios it's a great place to stay in Milos

Clean and cleaned very well daily
Location .not aware so far from public transport . You need a car but appreciated lift when arrived on boat but they wanted 20euro to take us back to boat on return . WiFi was terrible. Non existent at times and we had business to do .. No password left on arrival.. Had to get from neighbour.

while the bus system is ok on Milos, be sure to book a hire car if staying here!

Another great place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff and beautiful location. I love how they were always in touch with us asking how they could make the stay even more enjoyable. For sure recommend!

bed wasn't very comfortable and a little out of the way, you will definitely need a form of transportation!

Nice apartment in a convenient location, only a few minutes from the nearest shop and town and about 10-15 minutes drive from all of the main beaches and attractions. Cleaned every day, nice terrace to sit and eat breakfast on and occasionally checked in on by Jimmy to make sure everything was ok, very helpful.

Property is good size, have kitchen if you need it, very clean
We did not like location, you have to have a car to get to the beaches.
Also, there are no instructions on the property. For example we did not have hot water and rental agency could not help us right away.

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in the Cyclades! First know that there are NO staff at the hotel ever, you won’t see them when you arrive nor when you leave. Only way to get information is to whatsapp or via booking them and they take hours to reply!
- COLD shower: We did not have HOT water in the shower (with a 60km/hour nothern wind running non stop so we were Freezing!!) . When we notified the hotel they took 4h to reply and simply told us that WE should have found the hidden electricity board and switch on hot water (picture attached not only this was not indicated anywhere but the board it is undearable!). They were rude as hell and not flexible at all when we paid 50e a night just to have a cold shower. They should at least have someone there when client arrive to inform them and show them the electric board
- Location is extremely inconvenient: the area is completly rought, strong wind non stop, you have to walk a steef 20min in the mountain to reach Plaka - it is a hike not just a walk. Scary at night and nothing around: no restaurant no shops nothing. Forget staying there if you want to be able to walk around plaka at night.. not even a water bottle in the fridge or thea or coffee to be made in the morning.
- the room was full of hants, horribly smelling like humid roat and cat pee. No sun light.
- The bed was a disaster!! No sleep and back pain. You can feel all the metal things in the mastress.
In a word please save your money and just book another hotel. We were so upset to stay there.

Amazing little apartment, in a perfect location. Communication was exceptional, with any queries being answered swiftly. Allowed us to store our bags in their office as we had a late ferry. Apartment was well equipped, with everything we needed, including water in the fridge. Nice outside area to eat and relax.
