In tegenstelling tot wat op de site van booking.com was voorgeschoteld, was het restaurant in renovatie. Ik had - als een man met een beperking - kan niet verder dan honderd meter lopen - zeer frustrerend dat ik van e.e.a. niet vooraf hiervan op de hoogte was, vind ik het van het hotel / of booking.com uitermate slordig. Ergo met het gemis van een restaurant had ik dit hotte nooit geboekt! Tenslotte verdient de zogenaamde garage niet het predicaat 'toegankelijkheid'

L'esmorzar molt complet i molt adequat pels ciclistes, que ha estat el nostre cas.

Que no hi hagi piscina per fer una remulladeta quan arribes cansat d'anar amb bici.

Air con in bedroom a little weak

Hotel Ultonia is located a 10 minute walk from the old town. As soon as you enter you feel calm as the decor is white and cool. The lovely receptionist who greeted us, Glenda, went above and beyond for our entire trip. She gave us great advise on what to see and how to get there. Service with a smile for Glenda was natural and it was lovely to meet someone who genuinely loved her job. She was the most friendly and helpful receptionist we came across on our travels. The rooms were bigger than we expected and we even had a balcony to sit out on that we didn't expect. We had two rooms and everyone agreed it was the best nights sleep of the trip. Excellent location, excellent staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room I like bigger

Reception Staff very friendly, terrace bar very nice, breakfast very good.

Size of bed in our double room. We had a single bed which we did not need and the double bed provided was too small, it did not adjoin with the bedside tables. A little disappointed with size of side of window and view.

Very good location of the hotel almost in the oldtown of the Girona.
