Maybe a balcony would be been better but that’s a small ask because the room was very good

All was good. Friendly staff, and great coffee at the bar. Location is great, connected to the mall.

The room carpets could do with some cleaning.

Nothing the place is excellent more spacious and quiet. Ther is chance to choose between using bath tub or shower.

Inquiry to your hotel prior to checking in was welcoming...Spoke with Thato several times who was very patience.

Checking out..i wanted to extent by an hour from 11 to noon it was refused and told not unless I am prepared to pay R50 per hour...what an experience as this was my 1st stay at any of your properties..

Was greeted by two cockroaches strolling out of the room as I entered. The bath tap fitting came off wile the water was running and I had to stick my hand into the hot water in order for the bath to not over flow. bReakfast: Ask for crispy bacon and medium poached eggs. Got almost hard boiled poached eggs and barely fied bacon after they went to the farm to lay the eggs...thats how long it took for the breakfast to arrive.

The attitude of the Front desk staff. It was quite disgusting.
