The hotel was so clean, it had all the little extra’s… water, cookies, chocolate, towels, refreshments. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were friendly and super helpful, Alexandra helped us on our stay and was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Ideally located, right on the port and a short distance to walk to centre.

If I was going to be really picky I would say that the bathroom not having a proper door and being able to see through it, if sharing with friends is a little uncomfortable when you need a moment of Privacy.

Everything. The location couldn't have been any better, it was perfect. We stepped off the boat onto the beautiful marina and Riva Marina was less than a minute's walk, located close by to the main square, Carpe Diem Bar, local facilities, etc. The rooms had a nice modern design and were kept cool for our arrival, the beds were super comfortable. The staff deserve a mention as were all extremely polite, professional and happy to assist us with any advice we sought. Everything runs cohesively between the teams here. Finally, the breakfast and food served at BB Club was of an excellent standard. 10/10.

Beautiful hotel with great room. The cost of a sea facing room with a balcony was worthwhile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, as was the rest of the hotel Breakfast choices were first class, albeit it would have been good to have better croissants and fresh fruit cocktail without having to ask The double glazing kept all noises outside and a/c was perfect

Manage noise in corridors late at night While breakfast was perfect, it was a shame you had to ask for many items from the waiter Obviously boat arrivals determine the flow at check in. It was a shame that you could check in advance

Riva hotel looked amazing, but at the beginning of the season they were doing renovation and moved us to the Elizabeth Palace Hotel. This chain clearly knows how to provide a great service.

The location and breakfasts were wonderful

The room was beyond tiny - and the outside seating area a joke. I have never 'splashed out' on a hotel and got so little!

it is so small! if you have more than one suitcase and one back, you would have hard time to turn around and you have to keep moving the suitcase either into bed or on to the very very small sitting area.

The location couldn't be better. And following the refurb, the sound proofing works extremely well on such a busy marina. Everything was new and clean. Good breakfast and staff were excellent. Would stay here again.

Location and staff were fantastic. Outdoor bar area was good and had a great atmosphere.

The rooms were very small. No pool of beach/sea access. It was overpriced and didn't offer the service level which the price commands. The pillows were very soft and they could not provide an alternative. The in room dining menu was limited and what we could order we were told was not available. Not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Contemporary and nicely fitted out. Perfect location for Hvar night life. Staff lovely, in fact everyone in Croatia seems lovely.

Beautiful hotel - staff were very attentive, and a welcome drink on arrival. Breakfast was amazing - great choice, freshly cooked, waiter service - not buffet which was a lovely change and tables in exclusive area for guests outside so didn't feel rushed or busy. Use of sister hotel rooftop spa & pool real bonus - about 5-10min walk - stunning! Hotel is in a busy place but a great sunset, people & boat watching! The soundproofing was amazing and could not hear anything with windows closed.

The rooms are small but well designed, with plenty of plugs/USB points and v comfy beds and quality bed linen.. There is not much hanging space at all.

Fantastic position in Hvar with a lovely front terrace to watch the world go by.

There are several negative reviews on Google about the sound proofing - but these pre-date the recent refurbishment of the hotel and the sound proofing is now excellent. Breakfast was really good and so was the location of the hotel

rooms are small, but i think that is just how all the hotels there are.
