The staff were incredible!! Particularly Bus and Yolanda. The most helpful, friendly, fun loving people. Gave great recommendations and tips, made sure other guests weren’t compromising our stay, made us smile and laugh, just all round amazing women! The hotel is quiet, beautifully designed with great facilities and the most amazing breakfast options!!! Every option was divine. I miss the chia puddings!!

Lovely location for us in a generally quiet residential neighbourhood at the far end of Talamanca bay. Excellent staff and breakfast. Check in was friendly and she was very helpful and professional. Lovely clean property. The shower was great!

We really enjoyed our one night but noisy guest upstairs clip clipping around late at night but didn’t go on long enough to have to request assistance from the night security. Why don’t people take their shoes off?! Not the hotel’s fault and not sure if they would ever ask people to keep it down if they’re late back as happens in Ibiza.

location is nice and quiet but easy access to beach and a walk to town. staff are lovely, the room was a great size and very comfortable. balcony and bedroom had great sea views. breakfast was pleasant and good coffee.

don’t stay here if you don’t like walking or happy to pay for taxis everywhere. it’s a 40 minute walk to old town (along seafront) but some people probably wouldn’t like that.

very large bed, friendly staff and good breakfast. good location away from the party frenzy but still walking distance from nice beaches and restaurants.

the bathroom has a completely transparent door and the shower has a full window looking into the bedroom, no privacy whatsoever m, could be awkward if you’re not travelling as a couple.

Lux Isla is an almost perfect hotel. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is very good, There is a fridge in the room and the view from my room was great. The silence is (with one exception; see below) also almost perfect.

The first evening of my stay there was a dog of the neighbour barking until almost midnight; after 12 o'clock I didn't hear the beast anymore, nor the day thereafter. Contrary to some reviewers I didn 't think the location was perfect, because (anyway in winter) there are no shops or restaurants very nearby, but 15 minutes walking from the nearby roudabout, in the village of Jesus, you can find supermarkets and a very good Mexican restaurant!
