Fantastic location across from beach , restaurants and shops. Lovely room overlooking the pool.with spacious bathroom.Pool area winds around the hotel so plenty of room.l.Buffet breakfast had great selection and attentive staff.. The woodfire pizza is a MUST!!! From their restaurant. You won't be disappointed. The wifi was stable over the 8 days we stayed.

The room was really nice in layout and presentation. And the view from my balcony was great. While it’s in the centre of Karon Beach, there’s plenty on hand, with a few restaurants and a little street market set up next door. The restaurant staff were really nice as was Katie on the tour desk.

The mattress I had was thin and rock hard. Felt like laying on a stone slate.

Clogging and smelly toilet, language barrier with the receptionist, uncomfortable old bed and ants are everywhere.

All the necessary amenities. Beautiful room and beautiful surroundings. Staff is friendly.

We were charged for a couple of room service items that we ate after reading the sign that said free. Just bad marketing

The traditional feel to the resort, clean and tidy, staff always accesible. Breakfast a great variety and always tasty. Swim up pool fantastic, clean and manicured. Swim up pool bar was great, friendly staff, room size was great especially the junior suite.

No shuttle to nearby town. All tiled areas in main lobby and breakfast areas very slippery.

Laid back area of Phuket... not the hustle and bustle of Patong... had a pool access room which was sensational...

All the attractions around the hotel. The staff the best in the world. The rooms beautiful and the best swimmingpool ive ever seen. Breakfast and kitchen staff the best. Kate at the tourist kiosk beautiful and very helpful. Audi the room manageress outstanding.

Wear do i start. On arrival BIG THAI SMILE BUT THAT SOON WENT.. They could not find my booking. Then told me the wrong booking regarding rooms. then i was told they was bissy and gave my two joiner suits. too other people. so i could have one upgrade room. on inspection it was a down grade room with air con not working. So final found a suit family room. Again air con was not working sent a repair man. but could not fix. called for manage to come she told us this guy no good. Will send others tomorrow. bearing in mind it is 30/40 degrees out side. i down loaded app and checked temp in room and it was 23.5 degress hot. we had not air con the total stay. but after days supply fan. I was told i will revive a refund. for the mix up with rooms Buy it could take 14days. witch i did receive from booking.com. next day went for breakfast and was bombarded with birds trying to eat your breakfast the staff walk round with towels try to remove them. Spoke to some staff and i was told there are a lot off problems at this hotel but every body do not want to say... to round it up it is an old hotel with a lot of issues. MY FAMILY WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE HOLIDAY BUT A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.

Overall was a good experience, staff has limited English. Our room was good , Other guests we traveled with were not very happy , but they were accommodated to better rooms.

Katy was very helpful booking tours at the tour front desk.

The elevator was very unreliable. it did not work the two days I was there. The view advertised as view mountain, but there is a new building too close to the hotel. My view was practically blockes.

beds weren’t great, the double bed was two singles pushed together so you had the issue to feeling the split in the middle and the beds coming apart.

the property only have lift up to 4th floor, it was really hot and the room switched off the air conditioner when living the room (removing the keys from key holder power switch) I asked for extra key and the solution was to leave key inside and then call house keeping to open de door every time. the finally found a key that I left in the key card switch. the area at the back were the room was located was quite dark.

The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was extensive but unimpressive and repetitive. Maid service was good.

The hotel was very tired. Lifts out of use. Bars and restaurants closed. Very few sunbeds at pool.

Well maintained nice hotel at the beach front. It was a comfortable stay for our family. Need to cross the road to go to the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room size was big and beds were comfortable. Swimming pool was also well maintained and beautiful. Restaurants and shops are present at the nearby locality.
