Our sons and families live 800 miles from us. We started renting a house for a week in the winter for them to get out of Chicago to warm up for a week. As a bonus we get to see the grandchildren. Everyone preferred this this house... each bedroom has a bathroom and the access door from the lanai into one of the baths was handy for all of us. The layout in the great room was perfect. We could see the children at all times. Plus their bedroom was on the other side of the house (as was their parents bedroom). The TVs worked in all of the rooms and easy to get to all the available services. The kitchen had sufficient pots, dishes, utensils, etc. Stacy was so responsive although there were no problems with the property. We already booked for next year.

Grest house, great location, great owners. We were all retired adults and loved it; but if you have children who want a pool; this is your home. Four bedrooms and baths that are separated for maximum privacy. The home is open and family room was fantastic. The owner is very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The view is wonderful and it is extremely easy to get anywhere you want to go. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Stacy, for opening your home to us.

Six of us really appreciated the 4 bed AND 4 full baths! The living space inside was extra spacious and the kids loved the huge TV. The outdoor living space was fully supplied with comfy chairs & loungers, games - bags and hook & ring, and lots of toys for the super clean pool. We loved not having any homes behind the house, felt very open and private! Stacy was a fantastic host and super responsive!

The house was well laid out and spacious and comfortable! It was well provisioned ! The lanai and pool were absolutely lovely! The pool is heated and the back of the house faces West so the sunsets were glorious! As it overlooks the pond and golf course , it felt very private! We loved it and would highly recommend it!

We had 6 adults and 2 children on the property. The house was more than roomy and there was plenty of seating for everyone. Every bedroom had a bathroom which was great, and the TV and couch in the living room were exceptional. The outdoor space with the beautiful pool, and view made that our favorite spot. Plenty of beach towels and pool toys and all was clean. We had a few questions when we arrived and Stacy responded almost immediately. She was very gracious and even allowed us to stay a few extra hours on check out day which I had requested. Overall our family had a wonderful time here and would book again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful vacation for our first visit to Marcos Island with 6 Adults. The house was very spacious with all the amenities. The patio area was used every day for meals, relaxing and swimming. Sunsets on the patio were beautiful and was just a few minute drive from area beaches. Host was very accessible and helped secure any information we needed for our stay. We would love to visit again!

Stacy is a great host, always just a call or text away. The house is fantastic! We have 5 kids (18+) and plenty of room for all-4 beds and 4 baths and very spacious. Lanai covered pool and patio and convenient to all local amenities. House backs up to golf course and overlooks pond. Beautiful sunsets each night. We would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving vacation
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and have been dreaming about our next vacation in Marco Island since the day we drove away. The house was beautiful (the pictures really don’t do it justice!) and had everything we needed. The host even purchased a slow cooker for the home when I mentioned needing one to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The layout of the home was ideal for lots of personal space for our teens, but the lanai and pool area was our favorite place to hang out together—especially at sunset! The host was responsive and friendly and very helpful with suggestions as we had never been to Marco Island before. We would definitely choose to rent this ideal home again!

Wow! This was a dream come true. Better than we expected!
My husband and I and our adult kids have not all been able to be together for about a year. this home made it a relaxing, fun, entertaining time. We have never been to Marco but will definitely return and stay here if possible. It was immaculate, stocked better than any rental we have ever stayed in, and Stacy was prompt with questions. Great family vacation
This house was beautiful...the pictures on VBRO didn't do it justice. The layout was perfect for everyone to have some privacy and also some family time. The outdoor and pool area was beautiful too. The kitchen was equipped very nicely and we were able to cook often. We also appreciated being able to use the beach chairs & umbrella when we went to the beach. We enjoyed the board games as well. They surely thought of everything! We had the perfect week! Thank you Stacie! She was always quick to respond when we had questions too... even giving great suggestions on restaurants in the area. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect vacation!
Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! We had lots of room, each kid & their friend/spouse had their own rooms, the house was a great set-up. It was clean, convenient, and had a beautiful view from the back porch/pool deck. Stacy was available, interactive, and as nice as could be. Check-in and check-out were easy. We will definitely visit the area again & hopefully stay in this same property. Thanks for everything!

Wonderful family home
We have stayed on Marco for many years. We had a great week with beautiful sunsets over the golf course. The home is spacious with a well designed lanai and pool area. We traveled with our daughter's family and 4 children who spent hours enjoying the pool.

We really enjoyed the house in all respects. It had all the amenities to support us, our kids and our grandchildren. Owners go out of their way to make you feel right at home. We spent a lot of time in the great pool that’s only a few short steps from the kitchen and adjoining bedroom. Wish we could have stayed longer . Couldn’t have picked a better spot.

Everything that you need
Well maintained house with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The patio next to the pool was great, it keeps the noise down from the neighbors and it feels you are outside. We've enjoyed it every night. We had to ping Stacy a few times and she was very quick, responsive and helpful. Thanks for that!

Very nice property!
Our group consisted of 6 adults and two toddlers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Stacy is readily available and made sure everything was as promised. The lanai and pool were wonderful and we ate almost all our meals out there...a real treat for us after being cooped up all winter. This was a great property for us as we all had our own bedrooms and baths. The kitchen had everything we needed to make some great meals. Marco Island is very nice. We enjoyed both beaches and the kids just loved our visit to Mackle Park and playing in the splash pad. Wonderful family destination and we made lots of great memories and reconnected with each other. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Great facility for a family vacation.
Nice layout and plenty of room. Only disappointment was we had to buy a new coffee maker and the owner failed to reimburse us after she told us she would pay for it. But overalll a very nice week.

Beautiful Home and Attentive Owners
My family vacationed on Marco Island over the Christmas holiday in 2015 and we had a wonderful time. Our party of five had more than ample space for all ( and then some). The house is very clean and the open family/kitchen/dinning room overlook the outdoor pool and golf course. All the beach gear was included in the rental ( beach chairs, beach towels and even a beach cart if needed).
Stacey was very attentive ( answering all my questions and making suggestions). We enjoyed Tigertail beach, local restaurants, cold stone ice cream and even took a couple of boat trips (one out of the Marco Marina to see Cape Romano and go shellng and another boat trip through the Everglades National Park).
Thank you for sharing your lovely home. Our family had the perfect Christmas there.

The home size, layout , location, pool size, and outdoor pool area were perfect for our stay.
This is clearly a family home. Everything is clean and comfortable. This home provided all conveniences needed. The heated pool, pool toys, grill, and beach equipment made life easy and enjoyable. Stacy was responsive, helpful, and very easy to deal with. Marco Island is one of our favorite places to vacation and this was a great place to stay. My wife and I and our families highly recommend this rental home and look forward to a future visit.

The Colorado owners have done a great job with this home. We lived out stay, thought highly of the cleanliness and comfort of the home. Communication was clear and location of this home was perfect for my family. My sons enjoyed the pool and my daughters lived the open design of the family areas including the kitchen. A beautiful home that I will revisit.

Simply Delightful
We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and very well maintained. The owner was beyond helpful and attentive. A very thoughtful gift bag was even included to welcome our family to Marco Island! We will for sure be returning.

Immaculate Beautiful property
This property surpassed all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone, I mean everyone. The bedrooms are so nicely spaced apart, it's almost like having your own wing of the house. All the amenities of home. We cooked a few meals, the kitchen is totally equipped and great!! The washing machine and dryer were great as well. Staying there a couple of weeks, needed to do laundry a few times. Love the pool area. It's so beautiful, especially at sunset. We got some amazing pictures. Sitting out on the patio enjoying the evening sun and watching the sun go down after a relaxing day at the beach. The beach is only a mile or so down the road. Beaches were very clean and we couldn't believe how warm the water was ……92 degrees. It was heavenly to say the least. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, quite place to stay. I have already reserved our time for next year with the property manager/owner -- Stacy Raymond, who by the way was very sweet and accommodating. Next year can't come soon enough!!

A Little Piece of Heaven on Marco Island
I flew to Marco Island, FL on business and wanted something A LOT more relaxing than a typical hotel. This property was MORE than I could have hoped for. I didn't want to leave. The tremendous open floorpan was perfect for entertaining a large group and easily opened up to the covered pool and back porch. The fact that this property sits on a beautiful golf course and pond, was the cherry on top. Whether you're a golfer or not, you will never forget the sunsets seen from the back yard. It truly was a little piece of heaven! You better believe I'll be going back. A+ property and owners!

5 Star Stay!
A week in this home left me refreshed and invigorated. The owners have taken great care to assure that you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. The pool area is large with beautiful views. I enjoyed both sunrise and sunset from the brick paved back patio which overlooks the lake. We enjoyed bike rides throughout the quiet residential streets. You will enjoy plenty of native birds and burrowing owls. If you get stuck inside on a rainy day, don't worry! Login to your Netflix and enjoy a better-than-theater TV experience. Dining, entertainment, and beaches are all within 10 minutes drive. The rooms are all very well appointed with comfortable furnishings and beautiful, yet family friendly, art and decor. You will definitely feel at home here.

Great Home away from Home!
The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. We especially liked the cable TV and free internet access. Sitting by the pool was fun(with our cocktails in hand, of course) and we enjoyed a number of stunningly beautiful sunsets. Just a short drive to the beach and a number of fun little shops were close by. Privacy was possible for each couple as the bedrooms were not all bunched together.
