Me and my wife stayed at Port Royal at the beginning of the season and it was the best hotel we've ever visited. We've got a great service from the first minutes, when we got welcome drink and until our check-out, when we got the breakfast before breakfast hours, because we had to leave early. Highly recommended!!!

The facilities are of very high quality and exceptionally clean! The outdoor pool and the indoor pool are lovely, and the food was good and with a nice variety. There is also a beautiful spa and excellent beach access. In addition the staff was very pleasant and welcoming, and gladly helped with anything we needed. The hotel was also very quiet, very recommended for couples since it is for adults only.

The gym equipment is quite old, also the air conditioning there wasn't good which made it hard to exercise. Also, we found the fact that we had to pay for water during dinner even though we paid for dinner in advance a little bit misleading. We took the half board package which included both breakfast and dinner. While in breakfast water was freely available, in dinner we had to pay for water, both in the bufet and also in their restaurant. At the end of the day it's an extra few euros per bottle, but when you pay for dinner you expect to have water included and freely available (as opposed to alcohol for example, which makes sense to charge extra).

The entire trip was fantastic, right from the moment we checked in to when we were leaving. The staff were beyond friendly and catered to every need at reasonable time frames. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and highly recommend Port Royal for anyone's trip looking for a quiet, friendly environment

The staff were a highlight of the trip and we were blown away by the friendliness of everyone we interacted with. Our stay was all inclusive and it was our first time going all inclusive and we were not disappointed. The variety of options both food and drink was extensive and we were also super impressed with the high quality of both. All the facilities were top notch and kept incredibly clean. Already planning our next trip : )

The hotel is very beautiful, we were very lucky with our room, as it was just renovated. The pool areas are also very nice. We also didn't have to worry about getting a place at the pool, which was nice. We booked all-inclusive, which in my opinion is worth it if you like to spend some relaxing days at the pool with some drinks in your hand. The lunch and dinner restaurant has some very good food options for all inclusive Guests, but I think after the 4th night I would have gotten bored. We also really liked the different pool bars and the Cibus tapas bar that is open in the evening. The cocktails are delicious but the price could pile up it you're not all-inclusive. The staff is also so nice and friendly. All in all the hotel is very nice for a relaxing stay, where you don't have to worry about anything.

The buffet was a bit of a disappointment (we are real foodies, therefore we like to eat well and are maybe a bit more harsh than other people). The food was just okay. If we hadn't had booked all-inclusive we would have been disappointed. Also if you come here to see Rhodes you have to prepare to rent a car, take some long bus rides or to call a few cabs. The hotel is situated exactly in the middle between Rhodes and Lindos. I would recommend to see de island beforehand and come here to relax before you leave. Also the beach area isn't the nicest, it doesn't have a 5* feel. Overall the hotel is very good, just some little tweaks are needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was extremely comfortable, the pools were amazing. We chose the all inclusive option, and it was worth it! Such big veriaty of foods and drinks to choose from. The staff was really nice as well. The spa is really luxurious and the food was mostly good.

The desserts in the main restaurants were just awful, really old school and just do not fit in a 5 stars restaurant. There's not enough air conditioning in the public areas, and it was way too hot. Sometimes even the waiters said that the service wasn't great because of the heat, and that they are understaffed, which harmed the service a little bit.
