it was amazingly artistically awesome. The artwork was so interesting - the artist very clever and gifted - created the perfect art that was found throughout hotel. captured the spirit of hotel - or created it. appreciated the use of space- bar welcome desk combined, one popular game for kids instead of many, attention to detail - cute red shelves in my room, suitcase holder below hanging space, pink velvet chair!stool reminiscent of hallway sofa, etc.

Perfect location to look around Le Mans. Huge underground car park 2 minutes away - cheap parking. Rooms were super clean with quirky decor. Bathroom modern with good shower. Comfy bed. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Nice areas to sit for a drink. Breakfast great value with everything you could want to start your day. Wi-Fi worked well.

Staff not properly trained. Reception deducted €150 from my credit card when I had already paid. Not communicating with my emails to refund. Disappointing.

The location was very good and apart from unclear instructions to find the car park, it was very conveniently located. I think there was a language barrier, which didn't help!! The price for the overnight stay was extremely cheap but please do not be put off by this. It is a very nice hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

The property is nothing fancy. It has been freshly painted with some quirky curtains/lights and decor. There was a feeling that made it feel rather basic with fresh paint. the location is central and approx 5-10min walk to the old town. the parking was easy and just a short distance away 5min max. cannot comment on breakfast or dinner at the hotel, but was offered it.

No face towels or hand soap in the bathroom. I checked in online yet was asked for all the information again at the front desk which defeated the purpose of completing online. The parking charges and city tax reflect different prices on booking.com and need rectifying so the customer knows exactly what is being paid. To comment on this when I questioned it the hotel they did agree to the booking.com price which was much appreciated.

The hotel was in a fantastic spot, and the staff were very friendly. They were able to arrange cheap parking at a nearby car park for us. Breakfast was tasty, and our room was clean with fantastic air conditioning. The hotel has interesting decor and a relaxed atmosphere.

Our room could have been a bit larger, because we needed a travel cot (provided by the hotel, at least) which gave us very little floor space to move around. Next time we would request a larger room.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole experience was fab and we would return to this hotel. Breakfast was lovely too.
