For the price, the room was perfect, not too small and tidy. When we were staying the weather was around 18-20°C, so it was comfortable to sleep, might be different if it would have been hot days. The location is in the center of the town therefore restaurants, bike rentals and shop is one or two minutes away. Hotel offer very nice SPA, perfect relaxation after hiking or biking. We could go to the breakfast with our dog, so that was very nice, the breakfast are quite simple, but good enough to start a day. In our room the WiFi was fast enough to be conformable.

Nothing what could be a deal breaker. There is no lift, so might be troublesome for someone.

Ideal location in the city centre. 2 minutes walk away from our ski-bus and ski-rental. Storage for our ski gear was included in the price. Great breakfast with good vegetarian options, well prepared and fresh. Plenty of nice restaurants and apres-ski bars in the same area, with even more restaurants found on the other side of the river stream (5-10 minutes away). We had 90-minute wellness access included with our stay in their brand new spa area. It wasn't private but we found ourselves to be on our own most of the time, worth the visit. We had a nice balcony overlooking the centre. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. There was a lady at reception (middle-aged, long red hair) she was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, a very nice stay.

Quite expensive - given that we stayed in their standard double and not in one of their newly renovated rooms or suite. Dinner in their restaurant was not that great for the price, and it closed by 9 PM. Parking was also not free. It's a very small hotel - meaning some of their staff are not employed exclusively for them. I received a massage from a lady that looked like a freelancer, reception had to call and ask her when a good time would be for her to come. She didn't speak a word of English and I ended up with 60, not a 30-minute massage, it wasn't the one I asked for and it wasn't too professional either. Housekeeping was very late and our room was not cleaned until late afternoon. There was a lady at reception during our check-in (middle-aged, short brown hair) that made us feel more like an inconvenience rather than welcome. She wasn't rude, and maybe my opinion and experience is different to other quests.
