Amazing hotel. The shuttle to Sorrento city centre is such a benefit. Amazing staff and the breakfast had such a huge selection. And the omelettes were the best we ever had. And the dinner in the beautiful room overlooking the city was an experience we will not forget and will be hard to beat in Italy. Cannot wait to return!

There was nothing really negative. A free shuttle takes you into town throughout the day.

Fantastic location, great views over Sorrento and over the bay of Naples. All the staff we spoke with were so friendly and super helpful.

There wasn’t any, the only thing I can think of is a basic kettle and tea and coffee would have been nice, having said that, I am sure they would have provided it if we asked.

The view from our balcony and from the restaurant where we spent our breakfast was spectacular, heartwarming.

I booked and pay for a suite with jacuzzi on the balcony but it did not work. 😞 The jacuzzi was dirty , I had to clean it before use and after then I had to realize we cannot use as the water was not warm enough to use it.(in November)

they could do with having 2 shuttle buses to centre at busy times - as they are frequently full so you have to wait or walk down which isn’t always possible.

Great service and very nice reception! the view is amazing and the shower is great. we were upgraded to a better room and it was a different between 3 stars hotel to 5 stars hotel. Also, the parking is very comfortable (just in-front of the hotel).

The first room we have received was with uncomfortable blanket and without life or tea in the room. Also, the TV in the room is not smart.

All staff were friendly and welcoming.

Would of liked the spa to be more accessible as it was fully booked for the days we needed so maybe if they had more therapists it would be easier to get an appointment, especially on a rainy day. :)

Everything, the staff & hotel was fabulous.

The views were amazing, the rooms were modern and the shuttle into town was a very good idea. The older Male bar staff were amazing and very informative of the resort. The breakfast was very good.

The female middle aged receptionist was rude and unaccommodating. The pool had tissues floating in it which put us off going in it, shame!

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views of the coastline and mount Vesuvius. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and very stylish. The breakfast, dinner and lunches were all very good and the customer service in the dining room and hotel in general was excellent. We had a great stay, thank you!

You need to take the complimentary shuttle bus down to Sorrento as the walk is probably too arduous. It can get busy on the bus but generally was fine.

The location and the view of Sorrento are superb. The staff are also fantastic. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a gorgeous view of the bay of Naples.

Its very very cold in the rooms, even if you turn off the AC. There are no duvets, just sheets, so it’s freezing at night, even with the windows open.
