The hotel is really well located, the staff is nice, we had a welcoming drink, free access to spa from 4 pm to 7 pm, and the staff booked for us the transport to go to Hoi An. I recommend this hotel!

The windows were not soundproofed, so we could hear city sounds (including music) late into the night from our side of the hotel.

Great respite stay while in Hue, very close to major attractions, laundry service, restaurants (Quan Hanh, Chan's, etc) nearby, minimalist modern decor, clean lobby and room amenities fresh and new, mostly quiet but weekends can get busy, excellent onsite spa and Madame Chau Restaurant. Well worth extra fee for breakfast buffet style with pho and egg station, we stayed 4 nights, and their helpful staff organized our tours at affordable prices. The spa treatment was wonderful, and the hot/cold jacuzzi hit the spot after long day of touring. Spa discount and comp use of jacuzzi from 4pm-7pm.

The free jacuzzi between 16h and 19h was excellent. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well situated near restaurants, shops, and bars. The hotel breakfast is quite good and was a highlight. Rooms are mostly adequate.

In general the hotel is in need of an update. The pictures online focus a lot on the spa part, which is nice, but the rest of the hotel is very different and outdated. The walls seem pretty thin, as our room was very noisy from an event happening floor below.

The room was a great size and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, which meant the room felt quite damp and there was a lot of condensation on the windows.

Breakfast is not buffet

The staff were extremely friendly. It was a good location close to bars and restaurants. The spa and jacuzzi was great. Our room was large and the shower was great.

There was a loud noise that was coming from our room and we couldn’t work out where from. This was at random times in the night and kept waking us up.

Everyone here was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was very nice, well stocked and very clean. We would certainly stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Good sized room and nice extras like slippers and a dressing gown. The jacuzzi was good and perfect for when it was raining outside. I arrived in the morning off an overnight bus and was given complimentary early check in which was much appreciated. All staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
