Room was spacious warm good view, nice bathroom.
We thought better than a 2 star hotel, but suspect might be lack of elevator.

The hotel is very well situated for the restaurants and shops in the pretty village. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I booked a room as soon as they were available for booking (around 6 months ahead) and in my booking I requested twin beds, but I was given a double. Also the shower head did not hang on the wall properly so the shower was very poor.

Facile da trovare perche' in centro,ottimo il parcheggio gratuito sotteraneo all' entrata del paese,buona e abbondante colazione.
La stanza era piccolina,il bagno non aveva una finestra e lo scarico del rubinetto non era libero,l'acqua faticava a scendere.

You couldn't get a better location is this stunning town. The view from the window is lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking is free and only 5 min walk away.
We had a room on floor 3, with no lift it's a steep climb with bags. The noise from the street does come straight through the windows so it can be a bit loud with music at night.

My checkin experience was quick and easy. The gentleman was very kind and helpful after a long day hiking. The location was very central and I appreciated the top floor windows in my room. Overall a great experience and I would return!

The hotel manager was excellent, he looked after us from arrival to departure. Shared his local knowledge of the food and drinks, which we enjoyed, to booking a table for us at an excellent restaurant he recommended. I would definitely return.
I was on the top floor and there were no lifts. Parking is 150m away, although free, maybe no availability depending on how busy the area is..

Fantastic location in Saint Gervais Les Bains.
Beatrice was very friendly and really helpful, answering our questions before arrival and ensuring we had everything we needed even though we had a very late arrival at the hotel.
Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and a great shower.
The breakfast was excellent.
This is a fantastic hotel with very friendly staff who are very accommodating.
We would highly recommend staying here.

Very good and clean hotel in an excelent location in Saint Gervais city center. I would recomend to any other traveller. Personnel very kind.

Perfect place for a stop before going to Italy. Small hotel with nice atmosphere. The hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. You feel immediatly at home. Good breakfast.

The hotel is very central, which is great if you're out until late, but otherwise super loud in the summer if you want to keep your windows open (and you need to, in the heat!). We were welcomed by the receptionist and liked the location, but wouldn't choose to stay here for longer than one night.
The rooms are super small so not at all ideal for more than one night or if you have a lot of stuff (we were through-packing so had loads!). While very central, this can be a pain as it's really loud at night and when we stayed there was also loud live music at a bar nearby which went on forever. No option to close the windows in the summer as it's way too hot and there's no air conditioning.
Also, the room we had was on the top floor, without a lift, up a narrow staircase. This was fine for us but something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues.
Finally, the hotel states there is free parking available. HOWEVER, this is NOT at the hotel. It's a 10-minute walk down the road in the free town car park, which was ok to find spaces in even in high tourist season, but it's still not at the hotel itself. You can park up front and unload bags, but there is only one space off a very busy main road, hard to get out of and also an issue if you arrive when anyone else is already there.
