Perfect location, great views and service. The buffet breakfast had a plethora of options to choose from.
Curd rice. It was served cold and sour without a good accompaniment of pickles. I hope they improve the curd rice may be to the Andhra cuisine with a good choice of pickles.

The location of property was excellent.
The rooms were in a very good condition. The cafe and restaurant provided a great choice of food.
There was nothing that we did not like. The events happening in the day could have been more advertised.

No place to wash hands inside the bathroom, toilet inside, washbasin outside with a door in between.

Unaware staff at evening high tea - they did not know what was served in the menu and kept changing the cards.
whole wheat upma in morning breakfast was starchy and smelly, the chef came by to say its by design.
The time taken to get the bags from the room was more than 15.minutes after checking out/settling the amount.

No privacy in the sea view villas plus a little too noisy. The air-conditioning wasn't that great surprisingly in our beach view room. Also the fact that the washbasin is outside the washroom area is inconvenient. Some of the staff were more interested in us giving our review of our stay then and there and subtly suggesting that we should mention their names while their knowledge of the property was questionable (answers to simple questions were wrong). Also sensed a lack of coordination. One example being that despite having made payment I continued to get a msg that my authorised card has been declined. Multiple calls for same issue from multiple persons in the same department was another issue.

Excellent location. Impeccable view.
The staff were really not up to the mark. You pay so much and get a poor service, it’s not pardonable. No complimentaries (cookies etc ) which are meant to be kept were there in our room, and the staff didn’t bother about it for the entire stay. We did not even know that they were to be served,until the service manager asked us at the time of checkout ..if they were refilled on a timely basis ? The minibar was locked with a key and nobody bothered to open it for the entire 4 days stay. The restaurant staff were the worst. Everyday we would ask for tea or coffee to be served at the table and it won’t arrive until 45 mins to an hour despite repeated asking. There was a day when it never arrived and we just got up and left. We were informed that the lunch buffet closes at 3.30 pm which apparently was wrong information… my husband arrived at 3 pm after finishing the check in process and all the food counters were removed by 3.05 pm. He couldn’t eat anything but had to pay the amount though. We had to literally rush to fill our plates. After paying so much, we don’t expect this kind of service from a brand like Leela.

Food in restaurant is not 5 star hotel grade, the entire food in restaurants or room service is just very average. We went to few restaurants in city and food was great, only hotel food was average - not sure why

Fantastic hotel with a spectacular cliff top location. Two beautiful pools - lovely spa and yoga pavilion - good choice of restaurants - very good staff

Breathtaking view from the club rooms. Nice courteous staff. Beautiful property. Good food at the cafe restaurant with exceptional staff who take very good care. Exclusive pool, gym, breakfast area for club members.
Rooms could have been bigger for the premium club area. Wifi was a bit slow during our stay.

The breakfast choice and restaurant food and the service of the staff was superb. A special mention to some of the team, who deserve praise for the quality of their service which goes a long way to enhance the Hotel's reputation. They are Ambuj , Manju , Sumodh, Hussain, Kumar, Bhawana were very attentive and always ensured we were served punctually and with a a smile, making us feel most welcome at all times. They are a great Asset to the Hotel , perhaps other team members can use them as an example for training.

Beautiful ambience
In the room we stayed, there was a glass window between the room & the bathroom. That window could hv a curtain or a blind. Coz it was in direct view to the toilet, one had to always ensure the toilet door was closed. A curtain/blind would also help in case one wanted to change

To begin with I reserved the Beach villa, instead I was given a room. I asked to speak with the General Manager Chakraborty, but the front desk wouldn’t let me talk to the GM. House phone in my floor was dead, therefore to put a complaint in I had to go up to the front desk each time I ran into issues. Wifi and TV didn’t work initially which took hour to resolve. Later in the evening after dinner my room key wouldn’t work as well as the wifi, same story….. walk all the way up to the front desk to resolve. I went in expecting peaceful relaxing stay, but am disappointed.

The service was okay to begin with but got better over time if you stay on the Club side. Especially with our butler Soumyadip taking care of us and also the Cafe team that made our anniversary celebrations special. The location is really beautiful.
The club side has great views but the room itself is pretty small and basic.. Not worth what we paid for it. Very few amenities, perks, activities.

Nice view, and overall the stay was good!
Breakfast: I booked 3 rooms in total as we are 3 families. Each time we go together for breakfast, they try to squeeze us into smaller tables. We need a 9 seater, and they give us a 7 seater. There were lots of vacant tables
Dinner: I never had this issue as the staffs were excellent!

This is our 3rd Visit @ Club Suite.
it’s a great resort - very modern, beautifully done rooms with nice view of the ocean. The resort has best restaurants and a number of options.Service was prompt and courteous and they ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I would like to recommend some names that helped my kids days memorable….
Life Guard Mr.Hari Kumar @ Club Suite area was the very humble and taught some lessons for swimming which really helped them and Mr.Kumar @ Life Guard also was polite and pro active.
All the security guards are so welcoming and helpful.
The welcoming staff could be more cautious while handling clients, we opted for Club Suite, and no welcoming was received at the Club Suite area instead welcoming was received at the normal entry area(the last year welcoming was received at Club Suite ).
ID proofs have already been submitted but again and again, different Staff were asked a bit annoying.
The Club Suite area room in charge was not up to that level, could have met the guests with a smile and gesture.
